Here’s how to start your FREE 14-Day Beachbody Trial Membership

To get started, just head on over to the Beachbody website, and click on the banner at the top or button in the middle that says Get 59% off. Note that you won’t see the free trial offer right away. You can either take a quick, 8-question survey for personalized program recommendations or opt to skip this step altogether.

After the survey, you can enter your email and create a password. Then, you’ll see three membership offers. Select the 14-Day Free Trial ($19.95/month) offer at the bottom to sign up. This will opt you in to the FREE 14-day Beachbody On Demand Membership + Quarterly Subscription.

On the day you register, your credit card will not be billed. For fraud prevention, you may see a $1.01 temporary authorization on your account which will be removed once your payment method is verified. You can cancel your membership any time within the first 14 days and you won’t be charged anything.

If you choose to continue after your 14 Day Free Trial, you’ll automatically continue your Beachbody on Demand membership for $59.85 + tax, billed every 3 months in advance. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime on their contact us page.

    I love Beach Body On Demand and was an annual subscriber before this quarantine started. There is a great variety of programs and it is only $99 for the year. Cheaper than a gym.

    Not only does Beachbody have the most amazing programs to choose from, joining a team that is suppper supportive helps so much!! I didn’t stick with it until I joined our team. We have 200 girls in our group that post recipes & meal plans & their progress. Mommas like me & you!!! I highly recommend Beachbody & our team of course! 😘😘

      I would recommend 21 Day Fix. I have done that program twice now and once you finish Autumn offers a 21 Day Fix Extreme option if you want to continue! I recommend finding a trainer you enjoy and who motivates you to keep going! As a BeachBody Coach I can help you with your journey if you have any other questions!

    I’ve been interested. Which of the programs would you recommend for beginners/low impact? I’ve tried T25 for example and couldn’t keep up…

      I would try Barre Blend! It has low impact, middle, and high – I usually do the middle (and the majority of the women in the video do the middle too) and it kicks my butt even though it isn’t that same kind of crazy cardio / high impact as T25.

    I would recommend PiYo. It’s low impact (a mixture of Yoga and Pilates) but the results are amazing! 😍 Plus you feel great too, since you are taking things at a slower pace and intentionally strengthening your body from the inside-out, rather than hopping around like crazy… It’s a whoooole different kind of calorie burn. Plus, the trainer Chalene is super down to earth and encouraging. Check it out and see what you think—might be a good fit for your needs 🙌🏻

    I totally need to start up again but it was well worth it when I did it last time. I’d rather not have an audience as a get sweaty, blotchy and hate myself for loving all the bad food. Bonus: If you get bored easily you get to change up the workouts.

    I’ve been with Beachbody since 2011 as a discount coach because I love their programs and preworkout! I also like to mix it up with our home gym and incorporating heavy lifts with a barbell but always keep my Beachbody on Demand. 21 day fix is great for beginners. I also like LIIFT4 for beginners or anyone who likes to lift.
