    I love Sweat app. It’s expensive but so worth it. It’s by the maker of the BBG workout. Lots of plans to choose from too.

    Thanks for this list. I’m going to check out a couple of them. I *love* the free 7 Minute Workout app (when searching, include the word “free” to find the free version). Workouts are 7 minutes long. No equipment needed. Just tap on the exercise to see a video if you’re unsure how to do it. You can also create your own workout from their list of exercises!

    I do like the way you have presented this problem plus it really does offer me some fodder for consideration. Nonetheless, through just what I have witnessed, I simply just hope when other comments pack on that men and women continue to be on point and not embark on a soap box of some other news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this excellent piece and though I do not necessarily agree with this in totality, I regard the point of view.
