Giant also gives you a free Turkey when you acquire about 500 rewards points. Easy to do.

      Thanks for the tip Evie!

Picked up my free turkey from shoprite yesterday. With 2 teen boys at home it was pretty easy to qualify. Thanks Shoprite!!!

    • JESSICA King

I used to always shop at shoprite. But since the pandemic I switched to Walmart because Walmart does not charge a fee for doing the shopping for me. And I feel its cheaper. I wish Shoprite would waive the fee all the time regardless of purchasing specific things. And maybe also lower prices on things a bit.

This is the first year I didn’t qualify for the free turkey from Shoprite, and I’m no where close to qualifying. I think they should have lowered the amount needed since they still don’t have a fully stocked store and still have limits on how much you can buy. I did end up getting mine for .39 at Food Lion though.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Awesome! SO glad you could snag your free Turkey!

Does Ibotta still have their Butterball rebate? ($2 off a whole Butterball turkey). No free turkeys near me, but I got a Butterball from Aldi for about $0.71/lb after the rebate.

  4. Christina Lavenz

I got my free dinner from ibotta at Walmart. Not sure if it is still active or not. Under Walmart it would have an ad about it and then you send them your ibotta email and it will be in your account. Only available at Walmart though.

    • marie

I just got $20 back from my Walmart turkey day shopping 😊

  5. SamShops

My Albertsons in Phoenix is doing price match for turkeys. Last week the best local price was 68cents a pound when you spend $25. They have signs around the store and above the turkey section advertising the best price match, The best part is it’s done automatically at the register. Easy peazy!

  6. Alamode
