Tropical Smoothie Cafe has just announced their NEW Tropic Rewards loyalty program along with their new and improved app that is ready for download now! To celebrate their new loyalty program they are offering all new guests who join a FREE smoothie with their very first purchase!
The new Tropic Rewards program includes an updated point system that makes redeeming points easier and faster than ever before. Members will now be able to earn 10 points for every $1 they spend through the app, online, or in-cafe. They will also be able to redeem their points on their favorite items as they see fit. Additionally, loyalty members will also receive a special reward to celebrate National Smoothie Day on June 21st – a FREE 24oz Smoothie with a food purchase!
Note you will need to make a minimum purchase of $5 in order to receive your free smoothie reward. You must also scan the app in-cafe at the time of purchase or use the app to order ahead for pickup or delivery. It may take up to 24 hours after your first purchase for the reward to appear.
Select Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations are currently offering curbside pickup. Delivery is also available through Uber Eats, GrubHub, and DoorDash.

With the new and improved app, you will be able to not only earn points, but you will be the first to know about new promotions and limited-time menu items, plus receiving special rewards for birthdays and referring friends – sweet!
You’ll also unlock extra benefits when you reach additional spending requirements. For example, Supercharged Members that spend $500 or more in a year can receive one free supplement per week and a free menu item worth up to $10 for their birthday.
If you are already a rewards member and have the app, simply update it when prompted and your accounts and rewards will be converted to the new program automatically.
