That’s true, but when you add the cost of shipping, it really doesn’t matter. It would only matter on Free Shipping days. Their shipping starts at $5.99, if I’m not mistaken, so unless they are taking that into account, I think I’ll stick with Amazon which offers free returns.
I love shopping the boxed items and known brands. But recently lot of other clothing and shoes I ordered were so off in sizes and to pay the return shipping it felt like a rip off. Now I’m trying to find local friends whose kids can fit into the stuff I had ordered for mine.
I’ve found Zulily to be very mixed. When it comes to brands I know, I’ve found some good deals. However, the things that sound like amazing deals from brands I’ve never heard of have consistently disappointed me. I’ve decided to stick with it for the deals on brands I know and to cautiously try out new things. For example, I recently bought a dress for my daughter that turned out to be the “meh” quality I half-expected. But, it’s so similar to the Wishenpoof dress that I know she’ll be thrilled with it so I don’t care that it’s kind of flimsy. She’ll wear it until it falls apart and I won’t feel bad knowing it was inexpensive.

I look to amazon for reviews def.not price anymore. What to do If you’d truly like the best price for the product, EBAY- filter NWT item and free shipping filter option. If you don’t find it cheaper there, know where the product is regularly sold and check there. Also many diff second hand apps sell NWT or barely worn items. Zulily def. does like to play the best price game. So it will be the best price at the time, not all around. For instance that same product will go on sale for less a couple/few weeks later on the dept. site. Scan the store list of places hip2save posts about. Check out stores where the product your interested in is sold. Use the hip2save knowledge. It’s a boutique site they love quirky and one offs, watch for quality, know the brand. If you don’t google it to see if it’s sold t other major retailers. I love the reviewer who said if the deal seems amazing but don’t know the brand name it tends to be of low quality. This is consumer awareness, it will be cheap knock offs. if quality is not a concern it is the best best option! They have great deals not the best. shipping is apart of the consumer cost.
Their shipping cost is too much of a deterrent especially when Amazon offers free shipping with Prime AND free returns.
Don’t order from them unless you want to wait a month for your stuff to come in. Still waiting for my order since Sept 27th.
This is great however I haven’t been able to access customer service for the last week so if I needed to get Zulily for price comp I couldn’t. Stinks but Amazon it will be
Their customer service & lack of returns when sizing is off (one leg 6 inches longer than the other on pants) made me delete my account. I feel like they are near fraudulent.
