   Hip – What can be done if you don’t receive catalina rewards because if was out of ink? Shopped at Kmart yesterday and never received Axe movie coupon or other rewards. They don’t know what to do at the store.

   I would recommend calling Kmart’s Customer Service number (1-866-562-7848). If they aren’t able to help you, then I would suggest just returning the items.

   I also heard about the Axe promo from a reader, so I hope the info about the promo is accurate.

   I tried to do the axe deal last time and it did not print out at one store but it did at another. make sure they have a display in the store just in case and it should state the rules and what-not and poss a number to call if something is wrong. hth

   I used a Penney coupon for $10/$10 at the store yesterday, that had come by snailmail. I found a great deal on a beautiful blouse that was marked down from $50 to $10, oop = $0.

    A while back i signed up for the JC Penny $10off coupon. It came snail mail and at the bottom of it it states that if you cannot use this $10of $10 coupon in store then use it online by putting in this Code when prompted – GET4BTS. It states that the code is good Aug. 10-22 so it shouldn’t be expired yet. Hope this helps. Maybe you didn’t put it in the right spot?
    It also states that you can use the same by phone. Find the item you want online and then call 1-800-222-6161 and mention the code!

    I tried this and it took $4 off my order, not $10. The code does say ‘get 4’…anyone else having this problem?

    The $10/$10 Q I used at the store came by snail mail and called “JCP Rewards. It had two teens (boy & girl) on the picture. It worked fine at the store for me.
