I just came back from Walgreens and got the Mousse and Razors for free, no issues at all! The cashier was amazed and wants to get the freebies for herself too!
I just bought two mousse and the coupon only deducted $2.50. So I guess it works at some stores and not others. I’m in boone, nc.
YAY!!! I just got my 2 FREE cans of mousse!!! I also got 2 bags of various items from Walgreens all for $9 and I got my first register reward for $2. I am so excited!
I know there can be an issue about trial size, but at another store I stopped at during lunch, their sign in front of the small can said “sized right for flight”. And since the can does not say trial size I really think it is just a smaller size they came out with – because remember you are limited on carry on liquid sizes when flying.
Mine did not have the mousse, but they did have Shampoo fior $5.49 so I got that for 1.49 plus tax, not tooo bad.
heres my trip:
3 tylenol cold
2 bottles of rolaids
1 box sudafed
2 pairs of socks
2 bottles of spices
6 bottles of gatorades
1 bag of sugar
3 boxes of kleenex
2 bottles of nexxus mousse
1 3pack of papertowels
my total was 15 bucks after coupons and RR and I got back 15.00 I broke even and I love it!!! The wags lady said im a good shopper!! yay for me

The shelf was cleared of the mousse except for 1. So I got that plus 3 of the shampoos and paid $5.64 OOP. Not bad for 4 Nexxus products, but could have been better if there was more mousse!!

I just tried to do this deal (Thur. evening, in Kenosha, WI) and it beeped, he tried again…’beep’, read the coupon & the product.
It wasn’t working & I said I didn’t know if that was considered trail size or not since it (product) doesn’t say on it. I wasn’t up for a fight so, I said I didn’t want them.
I could not find this product. It could be all gone, but I didn’t even see a spot marked for it. I looked with all the hair care. The nexxus stuff was in one area. But I also looked around. Very disappointing.
I went this morning to get the free Mousse and it was not on sale for 2/4. The add for the $4.00 was for a bigger bottle of Nexxus.
The mousse was not on sale for 2/$4, at my walgreens so I was pretty dissapointed this morning. However, I did get a good deal on the Ester C vitamins. It is buy 1 get 1 free deal. I took 2 $5.00 off coupons from the Sunday coupons from 11/1 and got 2 for .99 cents.
I wasn’t allowed to do this either. The cashier said it was a trial size and the coupon specifically excludes trial size. I told her I did not get it from the travel section. She tried to scan it anyway and it beeped at me. She also said the limit was one per customer (per the coupon book), so I couldn’t have done two anyway.
What a pain in the butt for 2 little mousse’s. I told her just to void it off.
Tried it last night in WA & it only rang up $2.50 off. I don’t use mousse anyway, so I told them nevermind (I was going to donate it). I’ll go back today & get the shampoo that was $5.49 though & also a conditioner that was on sale for $9.99 & get $8 off both. Won’t be too bad!
Oh, but I did get a free cranberry juice. It actually said they owed me one penny, so I had to throw in a filler. I’ll get another bottle or two today for the food bank!
Did the Kleenex last night at my favorite store with my favorite cashier. I have bought 4 of the mousse and was going to do 2 more with the Kleenex but they were out. I mentioned it to my cashier and she said they ordered 25 more that would be in Saturday – or next Thursday. So I’ll be able to get a couple more. They are great for traveling.
I was able to get the last 5 mousse and 1 of the nexxus shampoo clearenced for $7.99. The coupon automatically reduced 16.50! =]
I skimmed comments so sorry if I’m repeating someone else:
The mousse is a SMALL one but not trial size. It should be on the reg. shelf. My store had them 2 for $5 or 2.99 each not 2/$4 as someone else had stated.
It doesn’t really matter, though because the $4 coupon will take off up to $4 per bottle.
I bought 2 and nothing else and the coupon auto-adjusted to $5.
I was going to buy 6 more today, 3 things of the honey that were 2.99 after coupon and 3 of the 8/$1 cups hoping to absorb the overage from the coupons and get everything for nearly free. However, the coupon auto adjusted again and apparently the $4 can only be used toward the mousse.

i ended up buying one small bottle of mousse today for about $3.50. it was free so cool!
They would not let me use the coupon said it was infact a Trail size so who decides weather it’s a trail size or not.
The Kleenex coupons is not in the Indianapolis healthy savings book here that I could see.

N. CA unfortunately no Kleenex coupons, no Nexxus Mouse sale, sorry we have a shortage of canned pumpkin…As for fillers – the 8 for $1 Christmas items work well. I got 16 bags using one in ad Q, so I could do the NyQuil deal and a few others – and was able to use up a bunch of those $1 RR’s before they expired. Came out with three bags of stuff for less than $4.
Manassas, VA Walgreens had 2 for $5 with the $4 off each I got mine for FREE FREE FREE! Sweet.

Woohoo! The cashier scanned the coupon twice, so I got a total of $8 off my 2/$5.
Can someone tell me why the coupon is beeping if this mousse is not a trial size? My Walgreens would not let me use this because she said it was a trial size. I love this mousse and was hoping to get a great deal. 🙁
I did the mousse deal when she first posted it and it worked just fine…gave me 5.00 off so they were free. I checked last week on Sat. night and at 2 walgreens they were all out. So today, I went back and they had some in, I bought two and gave the coupon, this time it beeped? Maybe they caught on to the fact that everyone was walking out w/ free mousse…my cashier was a young boy and he just seemed puzzled but didn’t try to fix it, so I just told him to void those off.
i am confused with this deal, how do you get them for free, you cant buy trial size and why do i want to buy 2 when the coupons does not require you to.
please help me with this.
