I actually tried using the buy 1 venus razor and get Olay body wash free but they wouldn’t let me get the embrace and use that coupon. It specifies that it has to be the Breeze coupon and that razor does not qualify for the gift card, 🙁
That seems a little jumbled. Sorry. What I meant to say is the free body wash coupon is only valid when you buy the Venus Breeze razor. The only razor you get the $5 gift card with is the Venus Embrace razor.
Actually the $5 gift card is for the Embrace OR Spa Breeze-not the regular Breeze (there is Spa Breeze and regular Breeze). The coupon specifics it can be for Spa Breeze or Embrace.

Mary, You don’t need the web. You just go to the link Collin posted to sign up for text coupons. They’ll send you a text message with bar code which the cashier rings right off of your phone. If you don’t have a texting plan on your phone, you will get charged for texts.

If I signed up after all of you started getting the coupon will I still get it or do they only come out certain days and they are gone? I signed up on Sunday I think and have not received any texts with coupons yet. I wonder if it only comes out on a specific day?
Not true, the text message sends you to a web page with a bar code on it. The bar code is not in the text itself.

The free body wash coupons are for the BREEZE razor. Not the Embrace. You only get the 5$ gift card when you buy 2 EMBRACE razors. I was bumbed. I thought it would work too but it didn’t.

Sometimes they put a limit on how many giftcards you can get per transaction. It is often only 2. So, this might not work…

Get the Spa Breeze (the coupon is for spa breeze, not regular breeze). And my advice – bring the tag up with you to show them that the price is $6.99 and you get a $5 gift card. B/c my store did not ring up for either.
I actually went back to my Target after reading this and they STILL wouldn’t give me the Breeze (either one) razor for $6.99. They had taken ALL the sale tags off of all the razors too so I had nothing to show a cashier.
That stinks. Honestly I think they were in error in putting those up this week. I think this will be for next week b/c the signs at my store said start date “2/14” – so try next week to get this awesome deal!!

This razor and Olay deal isn’t working at my Target until Sunday. They had all their signagg out, it rang up, and no $5 CG. I asked them why and they finally figured out that the dates didn’t match up.
I didn’t know about the “hidden” Olay deal, but the Venus Embrace deal worked for me tonight (with the free Olay Body Washes– just didn’t get the extra $5 GC because I didn’t get 3 of the Total Effects). I will be going back to Target later this week and doing the deal again, this time with 4 Venus razors and 4 Olay Total Effects– just need more q’s— LOL. Or the scenario for the 6 looks good, too. Yes, Carole– I believe your scenario is correct – that looks even better than buying 4 of each!
my olay coupon says embrase or breeze, and my target ad says embrace for the 5 dollar gift card!
I went to target today to do the razors and body wash, tried to use the buy a razor get a body wash coupon and the $2 off a razor coupon and they said I couldn’t use two manufacturer’s coupons on the same item, I had to choose $2 off or the free body wash.
They are not right… the “BOGO Coupon is for the Olay Bodywash not the Razor.. then the $2 off is for the Razor… they should have given it to you… sorry you had trouble….
I had to fight them on it too. I think the only reason they gave in is because someone came into the line behind me but I agree. The BOGO coupon is for the wash, not the razor.

my target HATES coupons too… there are just one or two cashiers that always push my coupons through and dont really even look at them… I just love those people 🙂

Did you get the body washes free with the purchase of the razors? If so, I wouldn’t worry about it. Otherwise you could return them, but you’d lose your coupons. Don’t get sick over it, everyone makes coupon mistakes, it happens all the time, you can’t win them all! 🙂

I did this deal today as described but did not use the $2 mobile coupon but did use 3 $1 Olay coupons. I came up with the same amount and got 2 gift cards.
i went to target today in socal and this deal did not work. 🙁 the razors were not on sale and only the venus embrace razors qualify for a gc — not the sea breeze. the cashier even tried ringing two sea breeze razors up to check for the promo and no dice. she even pulled out the ad to double check and it specifically said “only on items shown or listed.” well, only the embrace was shown and no items were listed. too bad.
Sorry to hear you store did not have them on sale, but as stated here and like what I bought, the coupon is for the Embrace razors.
Finally a great Target trip!!! THIS DEAL DOES WORK for those in question mode. Just be sure YOU HAVE THE RIGHT RAZORS! They have diff. colored ones and Id highly suggest using self scan to double check!!!!!! Cant stress this enough. Trust me on this deal! lol

Actually, target is right in saying they cannot use 2 coupons on the order for the razors and body wash. The one coupon requires the purchase of 2 items to complete the coupon. Legally, you are not supposed to use the coupon for the $ off the razors if you use the coupon for the free olay with the purchase of the razors. Although, most cashiers are unaware of that.
Hunh, my Target did it with no questions asked. The $2q is off the razor which is marked at 6.99, then the other q is for the wash which is free with purchase of the razor that you are purchasing. Your only using 1q per item. Totally legit. And legally, the store gets reimbursed for the amt. +8c as per small print on the q. They were commiting fraud by not excepting it. Its not like the razor is free and you did not pay for it.
$15 rebate when buying 3 Olay 7 anti-aging benefits for body and face products starting on 2/12–maybe can be combined with Target deal??

I tried buying three of the larger size Total Effects wash and it does not work. But I would rather have a larger bottle of body wash so it worked out for me. The larger bottles are on sale at 7.99 so I got three of them. Still a great deal. And to settle it, read the coupon it says the body wash is free – any by the way and it says you can buy the embrace OR the breeze razor.

I signed up for the text coupons right away, but I haven’t received any. Today I signed up again and I immediately got a text saying I was already signed up. I wonder why I haven’t gotten any. 🙁

I am just annoyed that every time I go to target, they are out of the items that give gift cards, etc. and no rainchecks. They were out of the venus and gillette razors several times that I went so I have lost out on the razor and olay body wash deals. I have to drive 45 miles one way to get to target. People are going in there buying 15 and 20 razors at a time (according to target employees) and leave nothing for the rest of us. I am fine with 3 or 4 but come on, be polite. Also, I’m tired of the cashiers being rude for trying to use coupons. I am almost done with target and couponing. Too much stress.
