I just figured something out!! If you add a $10 item to your cart and then add another random item (I picked a $5 item) then use that other code above 10BDT2010, then hit apply, then remove the cheap item, it will make your total 0. Now of course the server is busy, but it at least took the coupon!!

The ‘server issues’ are occurring because of the 0.00 balance…I had the same problem, and as soon as the balance is over 0.00 it took my order no problem!

Free shipping occurred on Friday, the 26th. If you tried ordering on the 26th but no free shipping –it might’ve been your time zone? Today has shipping at $4.95. Usual shipping is $7.95. Still a $3 savings if you want to purchase anything still.

Mine did the same thing! I never got a response to my email, but called in and they credited it back to my account. I also got free shipping, but the did not do anything about the discount.
