I went to Target last week and did some major couponing there for the first time, 81% savings! Well they didn’t scan one of my coupons, but I didn’t notice until the next day. Two days later I went back to get it fixed and they told me that when there is an error regarding a coupon I have to come back the same day to get it corrected. I left there at 9:40 p.m. that night so there really was no chance of me finding out the error that night. They did fix it for me, but I’ve learned a lesson, never leave Target without checking your receipt.
Re: Lisa’s experience at Target: I am fairly new to couponing, but I learned my lesson at Target a while back when I made the mistake of handing my coupons over to the clerk in a group. When I got back to my car, I looked at the receipt and realized that the clerk had not bothered to scan 4 out of 6 of my coupons. I didn’t think I would be able to prove anything since she had taken my coupons and dumped them in a drawer, so I just let it go . The lesson I learned is to hand them to the clerk one by one and make sure that each coupon is scanned. I even say, “This is for “such and such” as I hand over each coupon. I have had a couple clerks tell me to hand the whole bunch over, but I just continue to hand them over one by one.

I do the same thing because of a similar experience about a year ago. I still get a cashier occasionally that says just hand them over it is easier for them and I just say, okay, but go slow enough to make sure they go through. Most of the time the coupons beep for no reason, if they keep scanning that coupon didn’t go through. When they beep, the cashier stops, looks at the coupon and then compares the product before hitting the button and moving on. This is why I always go to target at night by myself, because with two children, who have often had it by the time we get to the checkout, I always miss something.
At Walmart I had 4 coupons and gave them to the cashier and one of them kept beeping. When I looked at my receipt it had only 3 coupons taken off. I mentioned this to the cashier and he gave me back a coupon (not the correct one) and said “take this to the service desk and they will give you cash”. I took the receipt to the service desk and they gave me cash, no questions asked. So I learned to at least count how many coupons I give them.
Olay deal: we have spend $50 or more (before coupons). I wonder if 50$ is before or after tax… My receipts would be 46.37 before tax and 50.13$ after. What do you think?

The coupon was only in the subscription. If you bought it off the shelf it won’t be in there, but you can print 2 $1 off Rimmel coupons from Redplum which could still be a deal for the B1G1.
Did you find the Revlon Colorburst lipstick at CVS? I could not find one any my store
my RP online didn’t have a listerine coupon. Is it gone, or should I use another zip code?
Halle 0.17oz. was 12.99$ at the only CVS I found it at.
CVS stated prices start at $4.99, but since the smallest is 12.99 I don’t think we scan score a free one unless they are on sale.
The sets have a 5$ Q inside but are 19.99$, so the final price would be 19.99 – 5 Q – 5ECB = 9.99 before tax. I also found the bigger ones, priced at 16.99$.

Just a note on the listerine deal. I went to CVS this morning, and the 500 ml bottle is not included in the 50% off. The 32 oz. size is $7.49, so $3.75 minus $1.00 coupon. FYI!
Just got back from CVS, and can confirm what Sharon said. The smaller bottle of listerine is not on sale. Also, I could not do the bogo rimmell deal, as the coupon from April All You states a rimmell product up to $5.00., the moisture renew lipstick was $5.99, so the cashier would not do it for me…Did not go so well in CVS for me today. 🙁

Regarding the U by Kotex deal this week at CVS – I found a $1 off 1 pack store coupon from the CVS website. So, I was able to stack that with the $1 manufacturer coupon mentioned in your post – so $4.99, used 2- $1 coupons and got $1 EB back for a total of $1.99!
rite aid has them for 3.5$ and after using Q1 and getting 3.5 SCR = 1$ money maker
Is it just me-or are the coupons that spit out of the little red machine-not that good this week. I got a $5 off $40….a $2 off two (brand name suncreens)…a $2 off an $8 purchase of gift bags or bows….I am so sad!!!

I went to 3 CVS on Monday, All are out of stock for the Thermacare. I think they didn’t put it out on purpose. 🙁 Oh well.
Just get a rain check. Sometimes I save a rain check until I have a coupon to use with them to make it the best deal possible. CVS rain checks doesn’t expire! I love CVS!
Ask them what day their truck comes in and stop back after that.
Does anyone know if there is a limit on the movie ticket offer? I read the terms and conditions and could not find anything. I love chocolate, so this is a pretty sweet deal for me. Just thougth I would check on a limit before I got crazy! 🙂

I have a question…. I had a Q for buy an Olay TE moisturizer and get a facial cleanser free, and a Q for buy an Olay TE moisturizer and get a body lotion free. I thought I would be able to use both Q’s, buy one moisturizer, one cleanser and one body lotion, and only pay for the moisturizer. This did not work, when I tried it at my CVS. Am I totally off in my thinking? Or was this just one of those “it depends on your cashier” kind of things?
