Be sure to print the coupon in landscape format, otherwise part of the coupon gets cut off.

Does anyone have any experience with prints from Office Depot? What’s the quality like?

    • Ashley

I have never used Office Depot for prints, but I just called the store by me and they said it takes 1-2 weeks to get the pictures in. (they do not process them in-store)

i work at office depot and it does take about that time. they come through the regular mail so that is why it takes a while. when they come in we call the customer. i’ve had lots of people do them recently because they bought a camera and it printed a coupon for 50 free photos. we can’t open the package to look at the photos, but from what people say they are good quality.

Just make sure to open pictures before you leave store. My order was printed WAY wrong the last time they had this offer. 8 multiples of a number of pictures and others not printed at all. :-/

Just a warning – I had a terrible experience the last time Office Depot offered 50 free prints. I placed the order in Dec and still don’t have my pictures. They claim the prints were lost in the Post Office Christmas rush and offered me a credit. The credit never showed up on my account so I am still going back and forth with customer service to try and get the credit. Also, they work with a company called LifePics so if you have any questions about an order you have to contact LifePics and not Office Depot. It can be confusing!

I also ordered during the 50 free prints offer in December. They were the worst pictures I’ve ever received from any company I have ordered from. Thank goodness they were completely free. I had them shipped to the store for pick up but they took a FULL 10 days to be delivered. Not only was the length of time way too long, but the photo quality was awful. Hopefully mine was a one time thing, but buyer beware.

Just ordered my prints. I figure free is free, and I so rarely print photos off these days it will be fun to have 25 photos from our Christmas season. Each year we have been married I journal about what that Christmas held. This is the first year we did absolutely NO gifts and were working on Financial Peace instead. 🙂 It was the most meaningful year we’ve had and now I’ll have the photos (for free) to put in our journal.

    Thanks for the tip!
I’ll let you know how they turn out, I got them totally free (no tax) and will pick them up at my local store.

Last time I ordered free prints from Office Depot I was really happy with the quality. The colors printed better than most other places I’ve ordered from. I was excited to get more free prints from them, but I guess I procrastinated too long. I tried to use the code on Jan. 15 at about 11:30pm mountain time and it says it’s expired. They must be on EST. I’m having them sent to the store so I can just bring the coupon in. It’s not what I did last time (I entered the code online last time), but hopefully it will still work.
