I went to Walmart today and they were not on sale and I couldn’t even find a sales paper. They were priced at $9.97 but the refills were $3.97. I am confused!! o_O

I price matched the Walmart ad at Home Depot and they took 10% off to beat the price then used my coupons. Very pleased with Home Depot!! Thanks for posting this deal Collin!

From reading most of your comments and looking more closely at the ad it seems to me that possibly we’re fooled by the ad. I have seen shelf prices for these. The kit would be around $9 and the cleaner would be under $4. The ad seems to refer to the cleaner which is the normal shelf price. The detail which states the detail of what the kit includes refer to another product by the same company, not shown in the ad and no price listing either just to confuse us consumers. I think this is all a marketing scheme to get us to the store. This is why the item rang up at $9. The bold print in the walmart ad is the clue, specifying the advertised item.

At home depot they will either honor the coupon or the price match but not both according to corporate.

My Wal-Mart in Ft Pierce FL had them ringing up as $9.97 too! When I brought the circular to the register the cashier gave it to me for the circular price 🙂 Something told me there was something wrong with the ad, which is why I tend to go to the younger cashiers who are less likely to give me a hard time… I’m guilty of cashier profiling
