what a nightmare.. i figured the free robe would finally pop up once i submitted a final order..wrong ,my bad.. i called to talk to a customer rep and it took me 20 min then 30 min just to talk to someone.. the robe is out of stock and was told all i could do was leave a note for the ups guy saying i refuse to accept the package.. they could not cancel the order… what a mess

If you are looking to get the robe you will find it once you select paypal payment for your option. I had the hardest time with it as there was no cart to add it to. It should still be available. Once you fill in your billing and address information go back to the robe and you should find the add button. It took me a while and I got mine last night. Hope this helps.
i put the holidayshop in and said no shipping but while chekcing out it asks me which shipping and put $5.95 charge… should i pay… will it deduct later

I ordered early this morning and had no problems with my order. I got the robe, free shipping, and gift bag. Of course, it remains to be seen if everything will be there when I get it!
I went and got the free robe with my fragrance purchase and I will be returning it. It was so poorly made….the loop to hold the belt was sewn just 3 inches under the armpit one one side, the loop for the belt on the other side was near my waist. This was a waste of my time and gas.
