To get in on this deal, you must be a Shop Your Way Rewards Member (it’s FREE!) with a valid email address and take your card to your local Sears Outlet to snag one free piece of apparel (no minimum; excludes leather and outerwear). You must also print out the flyer found here and bring it with you to receive the free apparel (if you do not bring this flyer, you will not be able to receive the free flyer). Head on over to the Sears Outlet Facebook page for more details.

Also, be sure to call your local Sears Outlet store as there are only 52 Outlet stores in the U.S. that currently carry apparel. If you decide to get in on this promotion, come back and let us know what you score! 🙂

Check out what apparel items some Hip2Savers snagged in the past…

I was able to score a 100% cashmere sweater for $0.00. I’m so super stoked about this deal as ours is only 5 minutes away. The Lenexa, KS store had a pretty wide selection of men’s, women’s and kid’s clothing. I’m do excited for next week!

Such an awesome deal! My husband and I both have accounts so we were able to score 2 FREE shirts.

I found a Lands End cardigan in great shape in my size and it was completely free (not even tax!)

I just scored a pair of tan dress pants for free! Note that all of the clothes were already marked down to $10 or less. You have to dig for something good! However, free is always worth rooting around! Thanks for this post!

Yay, I went by our Sears Outlet today and got a super cute sweater for free! They do have a lot of men’s clothes at our Ohio location, as well as kids dress up clothes such as kids suit jackets and vests with ties…etc

(Thanks, Short on Cents!)

    YAY!! That’s awesome that it’s back! 🙂

What are the Sears Outlet stores like, in general? Just curious about what they carry and what prices you typically see there. Do they carry Lands End? If it sounds good, maybe I’ll take a ride. There is one listed that would be around a 20ish minute drive. Thanks!

    • Lisa

Hi Sharon, the Sears Outlet near me in Lenexa, KS, has it organized to have a mens section, womens, junior-womens, bathrobe/nightgowns, kids and babies. The actual clothing brands are anything the normal Sears, and K-marts sell. I’ve seen Reebok, Kathy Ireland and Southpole, and the normal store brand of kids clothes. You do need to try-on the product and/or visually inspect the item. I have come across return items, some with holes, but I’ve also found “gem” items.

I work at a school and we have many poor students, so we had 25 staff members that went each Tuesday in December to outfit our kids in need, during the free Tuesday item in December. They restocked almost daily, but it just depends on what items each store gets. We saw plenty of new adult clothes, but the kids section did not get restocked from week-to-week.

      • Alea

That is so awesome of you and the other staff members to do for those kids!!! 🙂

    • Alea

It varies from location to location – some stores don’t carry men’s apparel – mine carries mainly just women, girls, and toddler clothing. A couple months ago they just had a few racks of clothes – now they have about 30 racks at my location. Some people have found Lands End apparel at their stores. All the clothing at my location is $10 or less (except for outerwear).

    • Laura

I got a beautiful Land’s End pajama top. My Sear’s Outlet is HUGE and carries clothing for everyone.

Mine in Portland, OR is just awesome. I cannot say enough good things about it or about this program. Definitely some LandsEnd, all sizes including Plus, lots of great kids stuff including Carters brand.

  6. WENDY*

  7. Lana

  8. rameshwari

I am new to sears outlet free apparel ….so this deal come every month ?

    • Lisa

they did a holiday-ish deal at the end of 2011, it was the last two Tuesdays in November, and every Tuesday in December. We didn’t need a coupon, just the K-mart shopper card (K-mart & Sears are owned together), this time around it was an e-mail deal and so you have to print the coupon, and have the shopper card, or apparently there’s a coupon on facebook.

Yippee! Thanks! Not too far from us in the People’s Republic of PDX.

    • Caro

My husband got a shirt and I got a long sleeved top. Thanks! I wouldn’t have known about this except for Hip2Save. The cashier wasn’t sure when they would do this again.

Thanks Misty for the list! This is so helpful!

Oh I didn’t know this is still running. Went there before Christmas and got a cute sweater for free, and they couldn’t have been nicer about it 😀

    • Lisa

You’ve got to be nice to be treated nice; some of the employees were grumps, because they’d been treated like dirt, earlier in the day, in my experience. 🙁

  12. Gina

I started doing this before Christmas. I also signed my husband up and he has been going too. It is awesome to get some free clothes. I went today and got a pair of work out pants. Back in December they had days where everything in the store was $5. You really have to look for good stuff. I plan on going to get cheap summer play clothes for my son when they start putting out more spring/summer items.

  13. kamila

    Deal doesn’t work in IL. I didn’t get anything free. – ((((

    • Sabrina Harper Graham

Did you try Sears or Sears outlet Kamila?

      • kamila

        Sears Outlet

  14. Kim W.

I was able to find a Land’s End Canvas khaki casual blazer for my hubby. Make sure to check out the men’s blazers/suit jackets if you’re in need. They retail for $25 and are included in the free Tuesday promotion. I wonder how long they will keep doing this. I love it!

I agree, you do have to dig to find e good stuff, but free is totally worth it, right?

  15. Brooke

I went to the Dublin, OH location and was able to score a free pajama t-shirt as well as a pair of jeans for free, retailed at $9.00!!! I couldn’t beleive he gave them both to us for free, but it def. makes my night, thanks hip2save!!
