How exciting! I love love Shutterfly…great quality photo products. I have all my pictures on there and have gotten all my family members hooked on their site as well. That happens to me all the time, I use shutterfly constantly. Just keep going back and re-entering the codes and it should work. Sometimes I just give up and try the next day. As long as you know your coupons are valid keep trying! I just did my $20 credit and free shipping on $30+, and it told me no about five times before it finally took them both.

Yes, you can stack codes. I have stacked three myself, you can probably stack more than that.
