I would just say “buyer beware” with Lock&Lock – this company has an “F” rating by the Better Business Bureau. When I purchased an Eversave voucher to Lock&Lock a couple months ago, Lock&Lock only sent me half of my order and wouldn’t respond to my several emails regarding the issue, and their phone number on their website doesn’t work. I filed a claim with the BBB, but Lock&Lock wouldn’t even respond to the BBB about the issue!
It was a huge headache for me, but Eversave was awesome and issued me a refund for the voucher since I had such a bad experience with Lock&Lock. I will never shop with Lock&Lock again, but you may just want to research them on the BBB website before buying to give yourself comfort (maybe something has changed – but I filed my claim within the past two months so I’m not sure it would have…). Note that there is a Lock&Lock Texas (the “F” company) and a Lock&Lock New Jersey (which I think has a B minus rating with the BBB), so you may have to make sure you’re looking at the right one.

I had the same exact problem. took a month to finally recieve my order…and I only got half of it. Sent five emails, never got a response so I called. They said they would re-ship…another two weeks went by and I started emailing again. No response. So I called again. FINALLY got the remainder of my order. This too was through an Eversave promotion a couple of months back. I am pleased with the products but the service was awful and I spent way more time following up on my order than the value I saved. Just a heads up.
I have had a bad experience too. While the products themselves are not too bad, their customer service is terrible. I still have a voucher that I’ve been unable to use – it keeps saying invalid code when I try to use it in the 2 boxes available at checkout. I tried contacting lock n lock several times to no avail. I won’t be buying from them again.
I ordered this deal a few months back wen it was available and Collin posted it. No problems here and I love the container with the locks on both sides. Workes magic with everything and great for kids too.
I also had a bad experience with this company. I got part of my shipment but was missing 4 items. I called and they said that they would ship but never got anything. I didn’t even had a reciept in the box. Kept calling the company to no avail, finally I disputed the charge with Discover thinking they would get the products for me. The total was a little over $8. Discover just gave me a credit because they said it was just to little an amount to worry about. It would cost them more money than just giving the credit . So I got a partial shipment and a credit for the rest.
I bought an earlier deal with locknlock and had a great experience! I recieved the shipment within 48 hr or ordering and no issues with the order.
I had a great experience with Lock and Lock. They delivered all items except for a few. I called them back and they gave me an option to either get it credited back to me or replace it with another item. They were great to work with.
I have received all my orders from them, and I love their stuff. Yes, their website stinks, and it takes forever to get your stuff, but it does come…eventually. I emailed them a couple of times when I was unnable to login to my account to check the status of an order, and they credited my account with $10.
I also had a similar experience with Lock and Lock. I purchased a voucher from PlumDistrict, and I only got half of my Lock and Lock order when I used the voucher. After trying to contact the company, I just gave up. I decided to give the company a second chance when PlumDistrict had another voucher available. This time the company’s website said that they had upgraded their website and I had to obtain a new password in order to place an order. Once you requested a new password, they never responded!! I was able to get my money back from PlumDistrict, but I will NEVER purchase from Lock and Lock again!

have had great experiences with locknlock in th past. do make sure all the stuff is in your order. They just have put a credit on your account on their site for the stuff they didn’t send :/ or it may just be missing in which case I have called and they sent me replacement items shipped free since they were out of stock.

Not worth it. Registered for their site, confirmed my log in. Their site will not let me log in at all. I have been trying for the past 3 hrs? Already email plum district for my money back… I have not tolerance for bad customer service at this point when I comes to the deals that plum district offers. I think they need to research these companies they promote more thoroughly.
I purchesed a deal from EVersave several months ago and then went to use my code. Their site would not take the code and nothing I did could make it work. I did get a refund on the certificate so all is well. Do look around the site before buying the deal to make sure they have what you want. I needed a bunch of containers for the various kinds of flours that I use for bread baking and they had nothing that would work. They had containers that size for storing pet food and they contained BPA so I would not have been able to get what I needed anyway.
Does anyone know how many containers you get with this deal? and what type?

Forgive me if I am wrong. I know that in the past, Collin allowed us to paste our own referral links. That was generous of her. I think that since she is the one who informed us all about this deal, we should use HER referral link? Collin does so much for us without us having to pay her. I have a love-hate relationship with lockinlock. Since Collin posted about a great Locknlock deal last year, I probably bought 6-7 times from them. On ALL orders except one, I had missing items=( Apparently, if the items are out of stock, Locknlock doesn’t bother to inform you via email/note in the package. It sucks to have to call their customer service number which busy is most of the time. Even if you have already called them, you have to constantly bug them until you get a tracking number for the next shipment which contains your missing items. Just last January 24th I ordered some stuff from them. I had 2 broken items and 5 items missing. I only ordered 13 items. I called in and received a box which is supposed to contain my missing and replacement items and guess what? They sent me 2 out of the missing items and none of the items which were to be replaced. The products are good, but the service REALLY SUCKS. If you have the time and patience in the world to keep on calling Locknlock for them to fulfill your order, by all means, buy from them. In fairness to this company, they have given me everything I paid for even if they sent them in installments. But consider the cost of phone calls you have to make if you’re using a prepaid phone. LOL
All I can say is good luck with Lock&Lock. I love their products but my last order took over a month to arrive (with missing items). Most of time ,the voucher cannot use on their sale. I don’t bother to get this deal becauseTime to time they offer 50% off sale or coupon code anyway.
The products are great but I’m another buyer beware poster. After 6 unanswered emails, numerous unanswered phones calls and almost 75% of my order still missing, Eversave refunded the amounts I paid for my vouchers two and a half months later.
A customer service rep from Eversave took over trying to contact L&L for help and they wouldn’t respond to her either. They have a fantastic product and if they would simply follow through on order fulfillment and provide some sort of customer service, they’d be a great company. 🙁
Costco has a coupon for a 42 piece set which is valid until the end of the month for those of you who are costco shoppers. Sorry I cannot remember the price, I thought it was in $20 – $29 dollar range. Just mentioning this because when I looked at the Lock and Lock website the prices seemed alot higher. Wow…really wishing I had read these comments first. I bought this this morning. Spent 3 hours online trying to check out, my shopping cart kept emptying when I clicked “checkout,” finally got to the checkout page & now it won’t accept my voucher. They said they “are having issues with MAC computers & their browsers and to just be patient the issue should be resolved soon.” He could not define “soon” when I asked. I might be asking for a refund. I really need good products for pantry/fridge organization…any other suggestions?
Eh. SHould be fixed soon? The last time I ordered was on Jan 24th- same thing. Mac problem. So I suppose they have not fixed it yet? Who knows how long have they been having problems with customers using Mac? What I did was to use a non-Mac.
