I qualified. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m currently using a biore product or because I have oily skin? Oh well, the rewards program seems pretty nice. By answering simple questions or visiting once a day you can earn a fair amount of points towards free products and $5 off coupons.

I answered whatever I do in my real life but would like to put it out for others.
I have dark circles , black heads , combination skin , uneven skin tone. I use some products for the above problems so I answered them accordingly. Hope this helps.

I emailed them and told them that I thought it was pretty crappy to have customers fill out a survey for free and then not let them “qualify”. They are just fishing for customer info and don’t want to pay for it.
I’m done buying Biore. That is just low and cheap and if that is how they handle themselves, I hate to see what corners they cut in production.

My daughter said she qualified…she is 21…she has never used Biore but wanted to try it without investing a whole lot of money….she loves Neutrogena.

funny! i qualified . 27 but have completely different answers than others who qualified.. i put combo skin, do not use any of their products, use aveeno and only use 2 products a day. i think it may just be based on age.

Yup, it is the age thing. I used a different email and made myself 10 years younger (1985 vs 1975) and I qualified!

It’s totally age related. I did the same as Amhale11 (1977 became 1987) and I qualified with the same answers, only 10 years younger.
