I don’t know how they are still doing this with the stamp for free! I love these promotions! I never order extras from them, so they aren’t making anything from me, and no, I am not bothered by this. 😉 Why should I feel obligated to buy more just because I”ve gotten free from them? That’s how they are making money from others!

Yes, you can personalize it. I just did that for a wedding card.

As far as I’ve seen, you can ship it international but then you must pay for the extra shipping costs.
