Never mind, I kept refreshing and it finally gave me a form to fill out. I tried two different computers and now it’s working for me.

Got it earlier! Happy to get a free case, I’m in the market for one seeing as my last case fell apart after about a year and a few months! I’ve got unlimited data with Verizon, so keeping my phone in one piece is a must if they’re going to force me to sign a new contract! ; )
