Last week, I was able to use my Bic coupons once but then they told me when I went back that since it was a special I could not. It never hurts to try!
Yes, you can use a manufacturer’s cents off coupon at Staples, BUT …
It needs to be the very last item in your checkout transaction.
Anything that is attempted to redeem / scan AFTER a manufacturer’s cents off coupon CANNOT be added / scanned.
The manufacturer’s cents of coupon sort of “locks” the register.
If you are not sure, ask the cashier before attempting to check out (Show them all of your coupons / discounts and ask them what order they should be redeemed).
The cashier should tell you that any manufacturer’s cents off coupons should be processed last.
you definitely can use it. I’ve used a few of the coupons the last few weeks. They even advertised the Rose Art coupon in the flyer a few weeks ago.

Usually these deals are a penny. It seems this week they’ve jacked it up to 25 cents. Collin does a TON of postings. It’s a simple “copy and paste” oversight. Be nice please.
