I take that back. I got to the page where I had to input my CC info and used the free shipping code Tomoko posted above and ended up paying $3.71 for my mug shipped. Not too bad to get a mug for only $.22 after rebate. 🙂

I can add too that you HAVE to click the shopathome link. That’s the only way it appears to work.
looks like you have either do free shipping or 30% but not both. Free shipping comes from signing up for e-mail. With the free shipping + cash back the mug only cost me $1.81. Not a bad deal for a chrismas gift to my door.

BE AWARE!!! The color listed on your receipt may not match the picture that was displayed on the site. Customer Service says they do not have them at their location to look at so they cannot guarantee what the color will be, but they believe the picture may have been incorrect.
I ordered the red and got the email confirmation that I ordered red, but an orange one arrived the other day. I called them and they’re all sold out of every color, so all I can do is return it to the store if I don’t like it. 🙁

As for the missing shipping code when we first announced this today, we were able to get free shipping when we tested it (using mozilla). Apparently Coldwater Creek is very browser sensitive and most people only had success using Firefox. Who knew!?
