Yes, I’ve watched it 3 times, too! I finally got the selection to work, but the submit button still won’t.
I tried and watched it several times and could not get the submit button to work. I also had my mom watch it through and her submit buttom wouldn’t work either.
Internet Explorer doesn’t work. When I switched to Firefox it worked!!

Submit button wouldn’t unlock on Internet Explorer went on Firefox and had no problems
Safari didn’t work but Firefox did.
Chrome worked (after watching 4 times on IE).
we use safari on our iMac, and it wouldn’t unlock the submit button. downloaded chrome and that did the trick! hope my husband (the IT geek) is cool with that…..although coffee was involved in the decision making, actually FREE coffee, so i’m doubting he’ll be surprised. haha! 😉

Yeah, we used it on our old pc, but this is a brand new iMac and I hate downloading anything on it without his ok……he’s constantly on our teenagers for downloading crap they aren’t sure is safe. I’ve heard the “speech” and don’t want to again. Ha! 😉

Yep It works on Chrome only had to watch the video once after watching it 2x on IE.

I watched the video several times and the submit button never activated. Boo!
So after watching the video several times and not getting the “Submit” button to work, I changed my settings to allow cookies on the page and it finally worked. So I’m guessing that those of you who are having trouble, might have “cookies” blocked in your settings.
