WooHoo! Shopkick has released a new version available to download with a brand new look and a few new features! For example, while browsing stores at home, you’ll now unlock extra kicks for the next time you walk in. Also, you’ll now be able to see how many kicks are in an entire mall or shopping area while you’re out and about shopping.
Even sweeter, you can snag a FREE $5 ExtraBucks Reward whenever you browse through the Deals of the Week. To snag your reward, first update or download the Shopkick app on your phone to the new 3.0 version. Then, click on the CVS tab, select the “Deals of the Week” banner and scroll over until you see the $5 ExtraBucks reward (like pictured above) valid on any $5 minimum purchase. This reward should make for some sweet deals and freebies at CVS this week! 😀
Plus, you can now get more kicks with the Buy & Collect feature. You’ll earn 1 kick for each $1 spent at CVS and earn 100 bonus kicks for $20+ spent. How sweet is that!?

Just left cvs it must be gone. Plus got a coupon for 4.00 off Irish spring 2 pack and they don’t even have them
Same thing in Chicago Amie. The cashier said he’s never seen the 2 pk body wash in any store. ok, so how do we use the coupon…..that’s crazy
they work fine with two single bottles and good for soft soap too, making it completely free!

I have a CVS opening on october 28th in my area do you have to already have a card to get ECB’s or could I sign up now and save until they open please looking for answers I WILL be a new CVS shopper 🙂 LOL and definately cant wait
i’m sure you can sign up for your card now and receive it in the mail in a few weeks. when you shop there you might have to use your phone number. as far as the ECB’s, most have exp dates a few weeks after you get them. some deals though are only good for one week.

My friend just used this CVS reward in southern Cali… I was able to see it when I first opened the app but it is not showing up now! maybe it will work when they get all the bugs fixed.
I’m in So Cal & updated mine this morning about 8am Pacific time and got the $5 ECB, which I thought “WOW! how nice” & took a screenshot of the image which now I am thankful I did because when going back to the app now it is no where to be seen….
Good thinking! They must have pulled the offer after the overwhelming response, thinking there’s nothing you could do to prove it.
I did not see it either in the Deal of the Week section.
It was working for me earlier and now it isn’t. I wrote on Shopkick’s FB wall and they told me it’s only available in the Bay area.

I hate this new app. I went to Target on Monday with the old version and it worked just fine. Target was out of something I wanted to buy so I stopped in last night after work with the new version of the app and it won’t show that there’s a target nearby and it wouldn’t work when I walked in. So frustrated. I hope they fix the problem and offer a new update. I also hate the new layout, I’m sure I’ll get used to that but the old one was much easier to find stores for. We don’t have a coach store, yet they keep showing it to me! Grr.
Shopkick also responded to me that the $5 offer was only for patrons in the SF Bay area. They said they made a mistake. I love this site but if you could please update this post to indicate that it is only for Bay area folks, that would be great. Thanks!

Have a question.. I went to Merced ca cvs and tried to use my cvs gift card on shopkick but was told they can not accept any online or phone coupons because they will not get reimburse for it. Is it true is this shopkick thingie only for certain cvs?
Anyone else having shopkick crash regularly? I have an iPhone 3GS (Model No.:A1303). Under settings/general/about, I see the following: Capacity=28.3 GB; Available=26.7 GB; Version=6.1.6
(0B500); Model=MC137LL/A. Every time I am notified that a newer version of shopkick is available, I download the latest version from the Apple App Store. Each time I download and install the latest version the app fails more and more. Today I upgraded to the latest version (Version 4.61). Now when I launch Shopkick, the app starts to open and then crashes. If I double click the home button I can see the Shopkick app is the only one running. It I tap the icon the app starts to open and
crashes as I just described. How can this trouble be resolved?
