Big Lots: Disney Toddler Dolls as Low as $8
Wow! Once again, if you have Big Lots nearby, you may want to head on over there as they have lots of great sales going on! So take a few minutes to browse through their ad.
Advertised on page 4 of their ad are a few different toys on sale for $10. One of the $10 toys are Disney Toddler Dolls. Well, this seems like one heck of a price considering these dolls are going for over $20 on Amazon. What a great Christmas gift or purchase now and stash in your gift closet for a future birthday present etc.

You can also try to price match the $10 advertised price at Walmart or Target. But note that I’ve heard mixed reports about price matching Big Lots ads at these stores. It seems some readers have success doing this, while other readers do not. So you may want to call your local Walmart or Target ahead of time to see if they price match Big Lots ads.

definatley call first, I just tried to add match a toy off Wal-Mart.com at Wal-Mart and they would’nt do it for me.
Walmart and other retailers will not match their online prices, doesnt make much sense bu thats how they are. ive always had success price matching from all sorts of ads at my walmart. the store cannot deny you for price matching, whether u have the ad or not. if they do, you need ask for the store manger. Their name and number are hanging up at the service desk.
These dolls are not $10. I went to 2 Big Lots today for other items. They were $15 in each store and then 20% off. I checked with cashier.
That’s strange, because their ad clearly states the sale price at $10 each, regularly $15.
I just bought 3 at $8 each 🙂 Regular price $15.. on sale for $10 and $8 with the 20% off.

This is advertised in the current ad (available to view online). Valid 11/11-11/17.
When I put in my zipcode on their website (84084 in salt lake) it says the ad goes from 11-13 – 11-18. So it may depend on where you live. Most sales here start on Tuesdays for some reason.

Well, both. The employee was confused at what to do if I signed up online. I ended up signing up again at the store. Took just a few minutes.
They were $10 at my store today. The Belle doll I bought rang up at $10 and it automatically took off the 20% when I gave the cashier my card. The dates on the ad I picked up say November 11-November 17.

Walmart matched it for me today, even the long haired Rapunzel which is priced higher. Just take the ad to the register.
Where can you find an ad to Big Lots??
Usually in the Sunday paper or in their store.
Our Walmart lets us print the ad off if we happen not to get one in the paper. As long as the date is on it, they take it with no problem.

I found them at Marcs’ today for $5.99. Very limited selection but in case you have one of those in your area.
I have priced matched at target before with a big lots ad! I did call and get manager approval before I went up there though!
I got the rapunzel doll price matched at walmart. They said they had to have the paper ad, even though their policy says they don’t. But after having so much trouble with them in the past with price matching, I did have the ad with me and they price matched it without a problem once I showed them the ad.
Im so doing this tomorrow thanks for the reminder last week i got the minnie stylin bowtique toy for only ten dollar i had to wait for an approval since it was such a different price but whatever i save myself the cash the manager was trying to say they didnt knew if they price match for big lots i read her the policy and told her its a local competitors no even five miles away they had to price match it its what they advertise
Thanks for the head’s up. The Sleeping Beauty one was already something I was planning to get my daughter, so this will save me $5-$10. FYI, if you don’t have a Big Lots nearby, I’ve also seen some of these for about $15 at Ross.
Be careful of original price of these dolls, my Big Lots had originally $19 on the display, but only took discount down to $10 for those originally $15 which it states in ad. Very pretty dolls though, still worth the greater price

I don’t have a Big Lots nearby so I decided it was worth $2 to price match at Walmart, which I can easily visit on my lunch break. I went ahead and printed the ad and the Walmart price matching policy. The regular Walmart price is $15.00 (Target has them on sale for $18.99 per their website). The cashier didn’t give me any trouble doing the PM, although she did ask me for the ad so I was glad I had printed it (even though the policy states that you don’t need it.) No problem using it on the Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) doll even though the Big Lots ad shows only Ariel and Belle. She did seem to relax a bit once she rang up the doll and saw it was a relatively small discount – based on that I’m guessing that a significant difference (a $50 item for $10, for example) would have required manager approval. All in all, it was as surprisingly painless way to save $5 🙂
