This is kind of off the topic. I am planning a trip to Disneyland and was wondering if anyone knew a how to get cheaper tickets, hotel, and transportation. Thanks!
When we went ro DW we got cheap tickets by going to a timeshare presentation. You can also look into the Disney YES program. Instead of renting a hotel we rented a house for 13 people for 7 nights for only $900 we used vacationrentals.com. Saved a ton of money that way. We also compared prices on all the rental car agencies and found it cheaper to get a minivan and car instead if getting 1 extra large van. I have Allstate and they sent me cpns for rental car agencies so you might want to look at that. Also another way to increase your saving is to look for GC deals. we hope to find a gift card deal that includes Disney gift cards. Last year we found a deal like this on SWA and bought the gift cards to purchase our plane tickets and got back $260 in grocery catalinas!
depending on when you go, costco has disney tickets for sale for 259. they come with a 50 costco cash card so I would use the cash card to pay for the next disney tickets. we just went for a family of four, airfare, park tickets, car rental, hotel for $1500. this was for 4 park days and 4 nights. and this was for the role out of christmas stuff and santa visits, with the parade. good luck, it is well worth looking for the deals and planning ahead
how did you learn about the promotion on disney tickets at Costco. I tried to go on their site but did not find anything. We are planning a second trip so it would be great to know how to keep an eye out for this deal.
There’s a good website devoted to Disney discounts. It’s https://www.mousesavers.com. It has tips for saving money on tickets, lodging, food and souvenirs. Also, if you have AAA, you can buy tickets at a reduced price at the local office and online.
If you use credit cards you can use your points to pay for hotel, car rentals and plane tickets. You can use credit card sign up bonuses to help increase your totals in a hurry. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU CAN AND WILL PAY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD BALANCE IN FULL EACH MONTH. I am working on paying for a trip to Italy using points with business class airfare and it has cost me $150.00 for enough hotel points for a week in Rome. I used points to pay for 3 airfares to Hawaii on Delta or you could apply for a Southwest airlines credit card when they have a 50,000 points promotion and use that to pay for to pay for your airfare. Their fares are time and distance based.

I clicked on the logo on ABC Families website and it took me to Disney Rewards website. I signed in and it said the code was already entered. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong?
Same thing happened to me. Ive tried all weekend. The only one I entered was the one collin told us about last friday. Wonder why its not letting us get points?
The first code was for Dec. 1 and 2nd. Today’s code will be available at 9am Pacific time. So, if you are in the east, it’s too early to get the code today. 🙂
