This grill pan works perfectly. The heat is evenly distributed and love the fact that the pan is virtually nonstick and very easy to clean.
I purchased this pan because I love to grill but I’m not always in the mood to fire up the Weber outdoors. Having used it now for a couple of months, I have to say that I absolutely love this thing. I’ve grilled chicken cutlets, chops, burgers, bacon, and steak and everything turned out great. The pan is large, made of solid construction, heats uniformly, and is easy to clean. The design allows the meat to cook above the grease and the grill lines on the cooked meat are impressive.

I am always a little leary of a non-stick grill pan. With a grill pan, you are supposed to use a high heat. But that can be dangerous with non-stick pans. Those you should only put on a medium heat at its highest. I think a cast iron would be safer to use.
