According to the website that you have linked above (to the rebate form), it notes the $4.99 price is good through the 28th instead of the 23rd. HTH!

It looks like this is the same rebate that was available last year. You can get the form for other drugstores from their website too.
It does state one per household so check to see if you did this rebate last year.

Be careful…this is the same company that burned most everyone on a rebate a couple of years ago. Nobody seemed to get their rebate. When I contacted them they kept promising to send it and then said they weren’t going to send the rebates to anyone but would send me free product and then they just said they weren’t going to do anything.

I was going to say the same thing. It was a $10 rebate and everyone bought these at CVS … and the rebate never arrived. I personally know a ton of people who got burned.

I had sent off for that $10.rebate and it NEVER came. I fianlly got hold of their number & when I called a woman took all my mailing info and that was the last I heard of it. Nada.
I wouldn’t waste your time.

I was one of them that got burned from this the last time…I paid $12 or so and never got my rebate. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one.

Uh no, it tastes fine. It just doesn’t have that medicinal/alcohol taste that “regular” brands have.
