Does anyone actually use the Cartwheel program for small stuff like this? It just seems like such a hassle for cents.

I am so confussed … how do I use cartwheel for coupons ?? i have had this app for 6 months and never knew that I could use coupons .. but how do I do that ?? please help
Launch the Cartwheel app- then under My Cartwheel there are 12 gray boxes with a plus sign, click on one then browse available offers. Add the ones you like- up to 12 coupons. Then when you check out show the barcode at the top of your My Cartwheel page for the cashier to scan. After you apply the cartwheel, then scan any mobile coupons/target coups- lastly hand the clerk your paper coupons. Hope that helps! Always check your receipt because at times, the mobile and cartwheels don’t come off.
I know how to use the cartwheel app .. and get coupons .. but the coupon that is offered for the candy says that it’s for SHOPKICK .. and I have no idea how to use a coupon through shopkick???
Star g, if you open the Shopkick app, then click on Target (you may have to swipe thru a few other stores first), you should then see several “books” for Target. One is the Big Deal Book, and you should find the coupons there. Hth.
There is also a deal on mission flour tortillas. The 8ct and 10ct are on sale for 2.25. Use the manufacture coupon attached to the front of the bag(.55 cents off) and .75 cents off from shopkick and your total is .95 cents.
I use Cartwheel all the time! Since it comes right off your total at checkout, it is really hassle free. No smartphone needed since you can print your list barcode at home. And they have a HUGE selection of discounts. I would take Cartwheel any day over things like Saving Star and Ibotta where you have to take photos, submit receipts and then wait for redemption etc… Those are a hassle in comparison…
I highly recommend Cartwheel. I have saved over $16 so far in over a month. Plus you get discounts on many Target branded products that you normally do not see coupons for. The discounts range from 5% to 20% and a lot of them run along with the weekly ad for even more savings.
I don’t shop at Target frequently, but when I do shop the matchups posted (sale, coupons & cartwheel discounts) it really adds up. The kids and I head to Target, get a soda/icee, popcorn or pretzel (which you get a discount with Cartwheel!) and shop.
When a savings program is this easy to use, it really does add up…give it a try you you will see for yourself

When you use cartwheel, is it posted on your face book?
Yes, but you can change the settings on Facebook. Click settings on top right of Facebook. On left side click apps. Then click edit next to ShopKick (or any other app you want to change). I have almost all of my apps set to only me. It is still on my wall when I’m logged in, but it doesn’t post to all of my friends facebook.
Also, you could set up another Facebook account with no friends and use that for things like ShopKick and when you have to like a page to get a coupon. This way your page isn’t cluttered with all of that stuff.
I downloaded Shopkick and it killed my phone battery! It would be dead before lunch time and now it will only charge up to 87%. I like the cartwheel better than the multiple text offers when I remember to use it!
