Why does shutterfly randomly crop my pic?, seriously ruined half my pictures. Some came fine and the other half were zoomed in n half peoples faces cropped out..
I’ve never had that issue but you should call their customer service so they can fix that and they should be able to offer you something in return. Shutterfly’s customer service is top notch.

I have never had that happen, but I always crop mine before I upload to Shutterfly. Crop it them to a 4×6 or 6×4 aspect ratio and you won’t have to be concerned about Shutterfly cropping them. You can also crop them after you upload. Select and photo and go to Edit. Cropping is one of the options.
