    Is anyone else nervous about putting in their credit card number. IDK, I did it and got a Method brand Lavender room spray for $0.29 but I’m rethinking it now. My credit card hasn’t been charged yet, but it seems too easy. I’m wondering if they’re gonna cancel all the orders or cancel the credits.

    I signed up multiple email accounts and was given the credit right away, that’s what makes me think that this deal might get too big and be cancelled or be a fake.

    I think orders are getting canceled without e-mails because I went into my account, and I was given part of my credit back. Really weird that it wasn’t the whole $10, just like $5ish.

    I think this deal DID get cancelled! I signed up with two different emails just to see if it would let me (used the same street address on both) and sure enough it gave me credits on both accounts. Now I go to the one I ordered the Lavender air freshener with and it says my credit is $0.00 and yet it says my order history is 0!

    I went to the other account where I should still have a $10 credit and it also has a credit balance of $0.00! It was too easy for people to abuse and now I wish I wouldn’t have given my credit card information to this company.

    I just got mine in the mail, I ordered a jar of The Peanut Butter & Co Smooth Operator. I never got a confirmation email or anything. Also, I remember my total on the Luvocracy website said $10.30, and it asked for my debit card information. But, when I looked at the invoice in the box today, it said my total was $8.63, which would be covered by the $10 credit. I don’t think my account was charged for the extra $0.30, but I;m gonna go check now. So make sure you look at that!!

    I got charged for my order but never received it. The customer service from this company is terrible. I wish I had never signed up at all.

      I agree with you. After having to email customer service, Got charged, then they swore it shipped two weeks ago. Still haven’t gotten it and no more response from customer service. This is a terrible site.

      Customer service just got back to me. Said my order is on the way and gave me tracking info for a package sent to the other side of the country, and delivered two weeks ago. Wtf. Waiting on another response back now. I will never order from here again.

    They ended up charging my card for full price and refused to refund me. The total was $0 at checkout then a few days later my card was charged $10. Very upset:(

    Can someone help me! I made my account about 2 weeks ago and I’m only putting it to use now… I’m trying to make my first purchase and I’m supposed to receive $10 off, but it’s not showing up. Does the discount only show AFTER you’ve entered your credit card info and such? Where can I find this discount in my account? Thanks so much!

      I have had so many problems with this site and will never order from them again. Customer service is slow to respond, they sent wrong tracking info, said they would refund and didn’t, finally over a month later they sent me an order that was not what was advertised, and then finally gave me a refund. All that being said, you should see a $10 credit on the left side of the page with your account info to show if you even have one, in red font. and it should show in your cart/total. At least that’s how it was when I placed an order.

    I love this site!! They find the best prices for you! If you don’t like the site because you tried to scam them and they caught on, boo hoo for you! They are a reputable company which I have not had a problem with yet! I have ordered many items from them with no issues and even received $30+ in credit because a few of my friends have signed up and others have bought items I recommended.

      I didn’t try to scam them and still had a horrible experience. They never shipped, claimed they shipped when they didn’t, send me wrong tracking info, were slow to respond, and to boot, when I finally got my item over a month later, it was not even the correct item I had ordered! And, the item they sent me for the price they wanted to charge me was absolutely insane. Like 2-3 times more than in the store, so I am not even sure their prices are that great. I got the lysol wipes. The product on the site showed a 3 pack some 200+ count pack and they sent me a 105 3 pack and tried to claim it cost around $15, before shipping. UM NO. In the end they “redeemed” themselves by letting me keep the incorrect product, and refunding me. Even with the free credit they refunded back, i will NEVER order from here again. Not even worth the potential hassle.
