    I got the deal, I am happy! I do not understand though why people feel entitled to a deal if it was in fact a mistake! So what if people called to confirm, I would rather know up front than to have to deal with a headache later!

      Ap — I agree with you. I got the deal, but I will not be the least bit upset if my order is canceled. I feel its like buying a lottery ticket…you’ve got to play to win. Also, I have no problem with people calling to confirm if a deal is in fact real.

    IT was their mistake and totals now $335. 76
    Customer service was inundated with calls asking if this deal was just for folgers or all brands. They have corrected their mistake.

    I miss when Hip2Save was just a small little blog on Blogspot (yes, I’ve been around that long…) and Collin’s readers were actually kind to each other and appreciated saving some cash. It seems like the majority of all I see now is rudeness and people blaming Collin and each other when things don’t work out. It makes me sad and takes the fun out of couponing for me… 🙁

      Agreed. Collin just reports the news. She doesn’t MAKE the news (so to speak). There are no guarantees anyone will get any deal. You win some, you lose some. Move on.

        I agree. I remember we learned about Collin from our cashier at the commisary in Jacksonville, NC. I have been a Faithful reader ever since. People lately are over the top when they don’t get a deal. You win some, you loose some. I am always shocked when a company fills an order that is to good to be true.

      I haven’t seen anyone being rude towards Colin at all or anyone else in this thread. I think the posts you may run across could be more from feeling of frustration because the site ran slow and can be misread for rudeness. Eventually, no matter the size of a blog or forums or message boards, you will run into so many different personalities that a few will clash. But, I think for the most part, everyone here gets along and conducts themselves quite nicely! 🙂

    I showed $55.98 as my cart total. I hit submit and it charged me $335!! I tried calling customer service to cancel the order but it just keeps looping. I hope they start answering the phone I don’t have that kind of money. 🙁

      Probably means someone needs to see if it’s a correct order – IE: the sale price was a glitch and was not supposed to happen. They will probably cancel it.

    Sorry I missed this deal but remember seeing a comment somewhere about Office Depot having k-cups on clearance. I dropped in tonight and glad I did! Thanks to that person with the tip, I’m stocked up for a while. I paired the clearance prices with a $10/$50 q making them basically $0.22 per k-cup. Not the 9 cent deal I missed here but I’m a happy girl! Some of the coffee is even organic. Double score.

Just checked my credit card account and I now have 2 pending charges from coffee for less for the identical amount. The second charge was posted today… After my order was cancelled. Please watch you accounts carefully.

Today, I have 2 pending charges for coffee for less. What baffles me is the second charge posted today after my cancelled order.

    in case anyone was wondering like i was, they cancelled all those orders. no email or anything. i just so happened to check out the order online to see if there was any info on when it might ship and it showed as cancelled.

    So, my order was cancelled as well – no email, no notification either. They did still charge my credit card, so I filled out the “buy safe” claim form. Fingers crossed – we’ll see if I get my money back!

    Received 1 email this morning stating my order was canceled. I had 2 different orders and have received no email for the second one but checked online and it is showing status as canceled.
    I was charged so watching for the refunds
