The same thing happened to me and after several emails back and forth, I received this response: We understand that you have not opened multiple accounts on your own behalf. However, our Loss Prevention team did find that there were many similarities between these accounts and as a result of their review, it was determined that these accounts constituted an abuse of the code made available to a select number of Groupon members. For that reason, this order was cancelled and the account has been closed.
That’s so annoying. I only ordered one thing and it was like $8 so I don’t get why they would do that. These freebies never work out for me 🙁

The referral credit also doesn’t work either. It said it would credit $25 after your friend’s order is shipped but I didn’t get that.

Also, I recommend searching in the “Search” box to quickly find an item that is $10 or less. For example, if you search “kitchen”, “thong”, “brief”, “shoe”, “bra”, etc. then you will get a long list, simply order from lowest price to highest price and there will be a gray bar stating “Sold Out” so you can quickly search through to eligible items you are interested in. I found that I wasted a lot of time going through each brand page looking for a qualifying item. Hopefully this helps someone! I would provide direct links, but items are going quickly….there were a lot of underwear items still available, just search based on the style you prefer!

I received my Jellyy Roll Pan today and they sent me the wrong pan. They advertised a Farberware Jelly pan and I received a BonJour Jelly pan. When I researched on-line I see Kohl’s carries both pans and the BonJour pan retails for $43.99, whereas the Farberware retails for $24.99 so it would seem I got a better pan. However, I like the depth of the Farberware pan better so I am a little disappointed that Ideeli didn’t send the product they advertised. I shouldn’t complain considering I only paid $1.99, but I’m confused why they would do this. Anyone else receive something form Ideeli that was different that what you ordered??
I just got my order and it was incorrect as well. I got the right item, but the wrong size. The box clearly says size 6.5 and the shoes are 6.5, but the ideeli sticker on the top says size 10 and the packing receipt shows that I ordered a size 10. Bummer because even though I can return the item without paying for extra shipping, I don’t think I will get the credit back. The customer service email says I’ve been added to a waitlist for the item, but its doubtful it will be back in stock in my size. 🙁
Just an update. My original order was placed on the 27th. I returned my order since the shoes sent were the wrong size. Under my returns section it lists that they received the return on March 8th and it is still “processing.” The customer service email I received said they would give me the $10 credit back in my account and would refund the difference I paid on my credit card. But that hasn’t happened yet. Today is the 20th. Even if I get the credit back, I probably would never order from there again. Hope everyone else has a better experience!
Thanks Barb and Meagan for posting about your incorrect orders. I’m still waiting for my order and was wondering if they were shipping things yet. Overall it sounds like they didn’t do a good job handling the influx of orders their offer invited.
For anyone who sent invitations to friends who joined, did they get the $25 credit when their item shipped? It seems I haven’t received my credit and my invitation page says 0 invitations sent even though I know for a fact that I sent to some friends who definitely joined and bought something.

I contacted ideeli too, cuz my order hasn’t shipped. They basically told me, too bad, we can’t cancel it, so you just have to wait it out, but here’s a $10 credit so you can go through this again for your next purchase. This place is obviously having issues. Won’t be ordering from them again.
