Disney Movies Anywhere: Connect iTunes Account = FREE The Incredibles Movie Download
UPDATE: If you are having issues accessing the FREE Incredibles movie download, try following these steps –> Sign out of your iTunes account and then sign back in (you may need to do this on your computer, iPhone and/or iPad). These extra steps should “push” the movie into your iTunes account. Hope this helps!
If you haven’t already, Disney Movies Anywhere is still offering up The Incredibles movie completely FREE to download whenever you connect your iTunes account! To get started, just go here and look for the second scrolling banner and click to sign-in to your Disney Movie Rewards account.
After logging in or creating a new Disney Movie Rewards account, you should see a pop-up (like the one pictured above) asking you to connect your iTunes account to sync your movies AND score The Incredibles movie download completely FREE. After the movie has downloaded, it will show up in your iTunes account or under the My Collection tab in your Disney Movies Anywhere account. Awesome! 🙂
I was frustrated by the advertising for this….it totally showed Frozen, IronMan and the Incredibles, but they ONLY really give you the Incredibles. Grr. I HATE that!!!
In fact, I’m wondering if they changed their whole advertising to the Incredibles because folks like myself felt they were doing kind of a false advertising thinking we could get Frozen as the free movie.
The advertising has always been The Incredibles and in fact when they rolled out the offer the email said “An Incredible Offer” An Incredible way to watch your favorites” etc. I downloaded this THE DAY it was released and it has always said you get the INCREDIBLES. You’d have to be completely bonkers to think they would give you a free move that isn’t even released on DVD yet and one that won an Oscar and has been EVERYWHERE since it was in theaters in November. Seriously, I’d think after being on the site for so long you learned a thing or two about reading the fine print. Have mercy, it’s free.
I know for a fact that their digital mkting dept got chewed out for misrepresentation (although I don’t think this was part of it, pretty sure this is more on iTunes side but I cld b TOTALLY wrong). I’m so sick of the bate & switch BS that everyone’s doing again ALWAYS READ FINE PRINT & USER AGREEMENTS!!
Boo hoo! I am sick and tired of people whining on here. You still get a free movie. Wow, Kate, glad that you’re pleased that people got chewed out. If you READ it only stated “The Incredibles”. They were simply displaying other Disney/Pixar movies. Duh
It’s not even worth it Emma. Save your energy to argue with people that can read.
I did this when posted last time and even after emailing and calling, I still don’t have the Incredibles. The phone call sounded like things were fixed and it would just take alittle bit to show up but still nothing. Hope everyone else has better luck.
Lisa, did you search Incrdeibles in the App Store? That’s how I got mine. There was a download option for it. I couldn’t download it in my phone because the file was too big. I only got it on my ipad. Then to play it, you need to open it in the “video” app. Hope this helps! If not, I’m sorry! :/
I don’t see an option to download it nor can I find it in iTunes. 🙁
I downloaded it on my desktop and the kids really enjoyed the movie this past weekend. The movie anywhere website had dots that you can click through to see various ads and promos. We saw a clip of a song on frozen sung live by Kristin bell and the person who plays the prince. If you wait or click through the dots, there should be an offer for free incredible a

I was not able to see it on m macbook (laptop) in iTunes, however, it is visible in my iTunes accounts on the iPad and iPhones. So it seems that if you are on a laptop/desktop computer you use the disneymoviesanywhere.com site. Otherwise you can view via iTunes on the other devices (or the disney app). I was able to see and play it via Apple TV too. So maybe the laptop iTunes didn’t sync properly for some reason or maybe it’s not supposed to show there.
Thank you for your post Chris! I wanted to download the movie into the iPad after receiving the offer and it was not showing on my desktop’s iTunes. I went directly to my iPad’s iTunes store and there they were.

If you followed the links it’s not going to work half the time. Download the Disney Movies Anyhwere App and then sign in to your Disney Movie Account and go to Get Connected. It will open up your itunes, follow the directions and be patient because it may take awhile my screen was blank for several minutes, but eventually some prompts came up. I think mine seriously took like 7 minutes. If you don’t get prompts and you get a message that says the account is connected go back into the app and click on the D symbol the movie should show up in my collection. Another thing to check is log into your itunes go to view account under computer authorizations the Disney Movies Anywhere account should show up. Then go to Library then Movies the Movie should be in there. If the movie is still not there sign into DisneyMoviesAnywhere.com and then go to https://www.disneymoviesanywhere.com/contact and file a tech report with your login name/email and the issue.

Do you need to have an ipad or iphone or can you have a regular pc with an itunes account?
I had success in pulling The Incredibles up onto my Mac iTunes account by going to, iTunes Store, Movies, Scroll down to iCloud Movies and it will prompt you to download The Incredibles. Worked like a charm. Hope this helps.

Smooth-step path routes are good and pleasant.
If anyone else is having trouble getting the movie, go to the iTunes store. On the home page, on the right, there should be something that says “Quick links”
Below that it says “Account” and below that, “Purchased”
Click on “Purchased”
Click on “Movies”
And you should be able to download the movie from there. Enjoy!

Found this on a forum, and it worked for me:
1) With your iTunes opened, go to “Preferences” by clicking at the top left corner.
2) Go to the “Store” tab, and make sure that “Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases” is marked with a check mark.
3) Click OK.
Now all the Disney movies that were once under the “purchased” section of iTunes store should now appear in your Library with all of your other movies. In order to play these Disney movies immediately without having to download them, right click on the movie and at the top, it should state “Play (the movie you selected).” Click Play and the movie should now stream through your internet and play immediately without having to wait for them to download!
