I used my free coupon yesterday and was greeted by a very nasty employee who said the coupon already expired. I showed her that it was not and she made a snarky remark. I them had two more employees come up and offer me a shopping bag to put my hand soap in (assuming I was getting more). When I told them I was just getting the one, each one separately made a mean remark about just coming in for the freebie. My daughter (age 11) was with me and she remarked how uncomfortable they made her feel. I agree! I am never going back there!
Pretty much same thing happened to me. I called corporate and got a $25 gift card. She accused me of trying to scam a second bottle on same email because she remembered me from 2 days earlier. Corporate said I was right and asked for her description so she would be reprimanded! I still won’t go back, but can use card online.
