Off topic, Collins posted about free bath and body soap few days ago.

I want to just remind every one that I received the bath and body hand soap Q by e-mail few minutes ago

      I just received mine too!

Thanks for the heads up! I got mine as well. Yay!

Has anyone tired this brand? I hate to say I’m a bit scared to try something I have never known anyone else to use when it comes to my 1 month old son. We unfortunately just lost wic right before I had my son. Because my husband got a tiny raise so we make 40.00 to much so we can’t get anything for my 3 year old or our new baby now.

    • Kris

I have not used it, but there really should be no reason not to try it unless your son is particularly sensitive or has some very specific need. I would definitely try a store brand without hesitation.

I know that walmart brand and enfamil are exactly the same. Check the side of the can against what you are normally using. Also sign up online for all of the brands if formula, they will send high value checks. Lastly, ask your doctor. I’m in Illinois and our doctor gives out sample cans (12 oz powder size). Luckily that is how I’ve got formula for our 11 week old.

My sister uses Enfamil premium for her son (the yellow can), and she switched to the CVS premium (yellow), which is just the same thing! You check on the ingredients, the doctor said it’s the same and the baby had no problems. 🙂 you save a lot of money!! Using Enfamil you are just paying for the name, but Generic it’s the same.

          • Amber

Interesting…my daughter deinks enfamil and absolutely refused the cvs brand. Luckily they let me take it back.

Hey guys a have a bunch of rebates for store brand formula from many of the stores we love. If your interested I’m willing to sell or trade contact me at malkyrosin@outlook.com

Enfamil doesn’t make any store brands and they are different. My kids didn’t tolerate store brand version of Enfamil formula. My babies doctor helped us out with free samples and coupons at our visits. We also got retail checks from their free online program.

    • Ashley

I used this brand 2 years ago with my son and didn’t have any problems. If you’re worried, I would just buy a can or two and try it out. And if you haven’t already sign up online for similac and enfamil and gerber and they will send you out checks and samples 🙂

I used to work for Perrigo, the company that manufactures, walmart, target, SAMs club, cvs, and almost EVERY generic brand baby formula. I’m not sure of we manufacture this brand, but if we do it’s the exact same as said brands above. So if you’ve tried those with success (and Perrigo manufactures this brand) then it will be the same. The key is to stay with the same type (sensitive, soy etc) good luck! Curious to know if it is a Perrigo brand! 🙂

formula is FDA regulated so it must confirm to strict guidelines. The only issue is a matter of preferrence. Kids tend to stick to one kind since their tummies get used to it so I would say pick ONE store brand and you’ll have a happier baby. I bf-ed my kids but by 9m I wanted them to have more options and they both enjoyed target brand formula without fuss.

Crystal- I personally wouldn’t change from one formula to another if it can at all be helped. Esp w/a baby that little. Have u signed up for all the formula clubs? They send u a bunch of samples. I signed my sister, brother & both grandparents too. Plus u get a bunch of the $5/off coupons as well. Talk to ur baby dr they usually have samples to give out as well as some crisis pregnancy centers. I was fortunate enough to breast feed my last baby but the one b4 my milk just dried up. 🙁

My daughter was originally on Enfamil when we left the hospital, I ended up switching to Sam’s club brand. It is a fraction of the price and the

    • Carrie

Sorry for the broken post… The ingredients are exactly the same. It even mixes better.

Fyi if you print the coupon for Rite Aid they have their cans on sale this week, 2 for $12! That makes them a dollar a can!

  6. I Love Shoes

For some strange reason, I am receiving a lot of full size samples of baby formulas from various companies. I never signed up for anything. I don’t have any use for them right now. Many of them expires around my due date in November. I will be dropping the formulas off at a shelter.

Do you get formula checks? I could really use some emfamil infant ones…

I tried it and it works just like name brand. Also, fyi Walgreens will let you return formula for a full refund if you are not satisfied even it ifs opened. I asked before buying but it turned out to work great so no need to return!

Hello everyone! I have a free photo book code to shutterfly. Anyone is free to use it. The code is: DACS-7VEP-TSJ3-J04PXN. If it doesn’t work, try the “o” instead of an “0”.

  10. Becky

    Thanks! I used the code

I did not have to use much formula with my son; just a little from month 9-12 and I used store brand formula and t worked fine I bought the parents choice brand

how funny…..I b-fed my 3 kiddos and my youngest one is 9 mos….he never took to formula…I tried to expose him to formula for those times when we would be out in the car, or visiting, but his grandma babysat a couple times and sd he would just take one sip and spit it out and make a “yuck” face……he got spoiled with the good stuff and wanted nothing to do with anything else but breastmilk. Agreed as previously stated, email formula companies and they will literally throw the products at you, full size and all. HTH

    • Em

I wish they’d throw some product my way. I’ve fed 6 kids exclusively on formula, soooo expensive.

I think I used the toddler version but he was picky during his early ages so didn’t try to go off the one we had on Wic which was the prosobee enfamil but he was fussy and didn’t eat solid food til after one even when trying every day.
