My last freebie was the Prego Alfredo Sauce which never was in stock the several times I went. Same with the President’s Cheese freebie I had. Thought it was just Safeway but have had the same experience at Fred Meyers recently with the 12 pack Iced Tea and the box of South Beach bars. I am going to SW tomorrow. We will see how I do.

When I don’t shop at sw for a few weeks I start getting offers. No freebies this week, just 5/20.
I got the Urban Accents Seasoning (about $3.99 per pkg retail price), Prego Alfredo (on sale for 1.49 this week), and a Marzetti Classic Salad Dressing (runs about $4 a jar!) all FREE! Sometimes I really love Safeway.
Their buy 4 save $4 promotion this week has been great too. Cheap multi-grain Cheerios, Pop-Tarts, Nutri-Grain bars, fruit snacks, and more. I saved 74% at the store tonight with all the freebies and cheapies!

No free items for us. We shop SW about once every two weeks ranging from $10-$75 per trip depending on sales. Never buy milk there, not stored well. One thing that bothers me is that the prices for items I’ve loaded to our card using J4U or their Friday $5 items almost never ring correctly. I’m getting tired of going to the Customer Service desk after I’ve completed checking out.
