This is Amazon’s best price ever on this seat. I don’t know if it’s ever cheaper some place else but this is a good price. Especially if you have their credit card and can get the extra 20% off on it. That takes another $7 .

You may want to reach out to your car insurance agent and see if they have any for sale at a discount to you. We have Farm Bureau and last I checked they had high back boosters by Cosco for $15. Limit 3 per membership.
I got this exact car seat (green) from Kohls recently. $30 shipped to my door. If you’re not in a big time crunch, waiting it out may be worth it!

We love this booster seat, my 4yo has it and our 2 1/2 yo will soon need to be upgraded, so I snatched one up! Especially since we paid nearly $50 for this a few years ago!
Does anyone know, does this booster hook or latch into the seat like car seats do, or does it just sit on the seat without anything holding it in place?
There is not a 5pt harness and this is not safe for most kids under 5. Please consider this before purchasing.
It doesn’t hook into the car’s seat. You use the vehicle’s seat belt once your child is in the seat.
No latch system it just sits in the seat. The graco affix is better because it does latch in. Hth

Thanks for the tip on the Affix! We just transitioned our tall 5 year old to a backless booster in my husband’s car (her head was level/starting to be higher than the top of the shell in her old carseats despite the 65lb weight limit) and it’s terrible. I don’t like the way the seat can slide around and she can’t buckle and unbuckle herself anymore (she could in her 5 point harness seat, which was VERY convenient). It sounds like the Affix may be worth the cost!

We have this seat and do not like it. I feel that the seat belt comes out of the loop too easily. We keep it in my husbands care as a “just in case” seat.
