As long as you cancel the subscription after you receive your box you will not be charged. I have done this before.

If you call them and cancel, they’ll remove the charges. You just have to do it shortly after you receive your first box.

Does anyone else feel unethical getting a free box and then canceling the subscription? I’ve done things like this before but I am starting to feel badly about it.
If you like it and think it’s a good deal, then you wouldn’t cancel I am assuming. If you already have your mind set to cancel before seeing the items, then yes, that is so bad and you shouldn’t order. These offers are out there in hopes to gain your business.
Yeah sometimes I feel bad taking them up on the offer when I’m 100 % sure I’ll be canceling.
I signed up for a 90 day amazon prime free trial knowing full well I wouldn’t continue the service afterwards. Yea I was wrong…. I am hooked onto amazon prime and paid for the annual membership. I love prime! These businesses are smart when they offer these free promos. 🙂
You are right, my opinion is that sometimes you get so deep in savings and getting free stuff that you forget about ethics…morals…
Not sure if ethics is the right word but they do offer it so it’s your choice to choose personally 9 out 10 times I do t do these deals simply because I always forget to cancel and I’m left with the hassle of calling customer service …

Hi! If you don’t want to enter your credit info for deals like this, you could most likely use a prepaid visa gift card or something of the sort and that might make you feel more comfortable. I’ve done that when I’ve paid for magazine subscriptions in the past because I wanted to make sure they don’t try to charge me up front for another year before I consent to it.
Citrus Lane does not let you use a prepaid visa.

A lot of places are cutting out pre paid cards. This is one of them. They want to know they can get money in the future. I have had 2 places in the past few months tell me I had to use a real credit card and that they don’t accept pre paid cards of any kind.

I will more than likely cancel, in which case I did just score a free box! No one should feel guilty, companies do this all the time and it is expected…they just hope that you will like the free item.enough to keep you!
