IMPORTANT NOTE – apparently the Walgreens coupon does beep 🙁 however, all it states is the 42-ct variety and doesn’t specify a specific kind, so it should be valid on this deal. BUT you may encounter issues since the coupon beeps, so keep that in mind. If you are not able to use the store coupon, it’s still a great deal when using the two $0.50/1 manufacturer’s coupons, as it makes them only $0.49 each after the Register Reward.

How many can you buy in one transaction?
Only 1 rr will print per transaction. I would break it up if your gonna buy more than 2.
If you purchase two per transaction one $2 RR will print. Hope that helps!
If you purchase three wipes in one transaction a $3 RR will print.
The Walgreens coupon beeps which makes this deal almost impossible. Walgreens hates couponers as evident with the new policy changes this year. If you are lucky enough in getting them to price modify, good luck in getting them to do each package because the IVC says one per customer even though we know it would deduct from each one if it scanned properly. Oh one last thing, you will get a $3 RR if you buy three.
I just got back from Walgreens trying to replicate this deal. The coupon in the booklet is NOT working on the tubs pictured. The coupon is meant for the packs that are priced $5.99.
Although the coupon beeps on these packs, your store should honor the coupon because nowhere does it state anything other than 42 count packs. My store honored this deal with no problems. I have found WAGS managers in my area to be super helpful and friendly. It goes a long way to be nice to all employees and when they do a good job, tell them you’ll fill out a survey and mention them by name. These surveys really do mean a lot to the Walgreens employees. I am on a first name basis with most of the employees in my area and they are always sweet and tell me I’m a nice couponer and not one of the awful ones they have to deal with on a regular basis.

Yeah unfortunately our behavior is only part of the equation. I hear so much about awful Targets that are impossible to coupon at. Mine was like that until a new manager came. Now it is a real pleasure to shop there. I have always been nice, but sometimes that is not enough. I bend over backwards thanking them and being nice but my Walgreens is just awful and doesn’t work with me at all. Happy for those who can get this deal though.

This coupon beeps on the tubs and works on the higher price one. they won’t do it manually. So it was no go for me.

Walgreens will not take their coupon for the wipes you mentioned. Only for the $5.99 dispenser… tried at 3 diff walgreens.
hi collin! I went this morning, and I told the cashier ahead of time that it might beep as I’ve heard it will. it didn’t take off automatically but i explained how it was the correct size, so I was able to score this moneymaker! thanks!!
It could be beeping because Walgreens has the policy of one coupon per item. If you buy 2 cleansing cloths and use 2 manufacture coupons plus the coupon in the August Savings Book, that is counted as 3 coupons for 2 items. You’ll need to buy one more thing.
Walgreens coupons don’t normally count towards the coupon to item ratio. I had 1 .50 manuf coupon and the monthly coupon. It beeped. After clearing it with the manager the cashier manually took off $1 each bc they don’t even sell a 42 ct in the bag, only 84 ct.
My Wags is awesome. The coupon beeps, however the wording says on 42ct. so it was honored. It pays to get to know the cashiers and be nice. I go out of my way to shop at one location over another for this reason. I can guarantee they would not have taken that coupon at another Wags store in my area.

My wags wouldn’t do it saying it’s not the same picture but I got a stubborn person who was questioning my other coupons as well (coupons that said Walmart on them) I usually go to the make up counter to check out but my favorite sales girl wasn’t there. 🙁
I think it’s pretty sad that for those that it worked it involves getting a manager to come and override..that is why so many people hate Walgreens now. How long do you want to shop and always call for a Manager? PITA!!!

Did not get RR.just bought 12 roll pk of tp and 1 wipe refill.used $3 coupon from kroger (yes it was manf.coupon) for 12 pk tp and wipe refill.used $1 off tp from booklet and $2 BR i had earned on another trip.paid $1.47 oop no RR.awesome deal anyway for me so oh well.
you have to purchase both in order to get the $2RR; the coupon from the Walgreens booklet will not ring up because the cashier says it’s for the other one they have which is alil over $5. either way, it’s still a good deal. you can do separate transactions and each time you will get the $2RR, unless your walgreens has a limit of how many you can do. my walgreens allows up to 3 purchases (separately) of the same item. the 20% online coupon only valid today cannot be used on any items not regularly priced, or any items that you are using a walgreens coupon with; you can use manufactured coupons. good luck ladies!!
oh, she never voided the tubs, that was the receipt error
My original post never showed up just that line, odd. Manager wanted to give the horrible line of it doesn’t match the picture, then that he said he wasn’t selling them for that price, so I wasn’t buying them for that price. Then the cashier said they were voided, got to my next errand, they were not voided, a bit of a headache. The manager changed a few mths back and this one cashier and manager are a headache, she, even this time, ends up apologizing and turning beet red, if she would just treat people with some respect, she hops around the store gossiping about other customers, so rude. The other cashiers always seem to come and straighten her out for me because they recognize me as shopping there loyalty and couponing precisely for yrs.
