I geek out when I see skincare samples. I have ….ahem..bad skin..so I’m always trying different things to see what works! I eagerly clicked on this…heck yeah, FREE SAMPLES!! Maybe something that will work!! ….When I see this company’s “motto”:
“Beautiful skin isn’t an accident and women with enviable complexions aren’t lucky — they’re smart!”
& honestly, as someone with bad skin, I am terribly offended by that.
Using an incredibly ignorant and incorrect statement, and putting women down just sucks.
I agree and am glad I am not the only one who felt hurt by there slogan! I struggled with blemishes and still do during that ‘time’ of the month. At 28, I have better skin but it is still a daily struggle (trying new products can cause breakouts). Women with great skin are genetically predisposed to it and are certainly LUCKY. Intelligence has nothing to do with it.
