I think they’re around $1.99 regularly.
The plain vanilla waffle cone is $1.89, just picked up lunch from there and saw the price.
At my store, the sugar cone variety is on the $1 menu.

Just an FYI, I stopped by Sonic after work for a 1/2 price cone and it shows a picture of the waffle cone, but in the fine print it says excludes waffle cones. In my opinion this is false advertisement, but I read the fine print and got a regular vanilla cone for $0.50. It was still delicious. YMMV!
My sonic says excludes waffle cone sundaes.
