Kotex liners are 1.02 with subscribe and save. And, if you order packages separately, each of those orders would count as a subscribe and save item. Just a word of caution. I ordered these last time. They were thrown in a box with other stuff and one of the canisters busted and leaked over everything. There packing dept is hit and miss. I let Amazon know when its not packed secure but they never offer a way to make it right. Other times they pack all with good care. It can be frustrating.
Did you call and speak to someone, sounds strange very unlike Amazon. Anytime we’ve ever had a product damaged in shipping they’ve always sent a replacement or credited our account. Might want to try contacting them again.

One other time I ordered paper towels and never got them. They refused to replace at the price I paid with coupon and S&S. Another time I got a box of stuff I never ordered and never was charged and they told me to keep it!! I am not joking. Dishtowels and hubcaps?!
