I’ve had so many bad experiences at Old Navy that I refuse to give them my money, no matter how good the deal is!
Last straw was the Mgr who said she was only there for customer service, was only standing there talking to off-duty employees, while 2 cashiers were busy handling returns. All the while, 6-8 customers waiting behind each one! I said “Could you open another line please?” and was greeted with “No, these are the employees available to help you.”
When asked why she herself could not help, was told that she needed to be free to help the customers!
We are the customers, crazy!!!!

I was not bowled over with my $42 purchase until I realized I got $20 in Old Navy cash! New jeans and two cute tops for $22! Plus I got free shipping because it was originally over $50. 😊👖👕👚
Sorry, getting $20 in Old Navy cash does not mean that you got your clothes for $22. In order to use your ON cash, you have to spend at least $50 at the end of the month. You paid $42 and then will have to spend another $30 to use your ON cash. That would make your total $72. It’s not like Kohl’s cash. Bummer, huh?
I used to fall for the super cash gimmick. Then I realized that they hike up there prices during that time and you cannot combine it with any other promotion or sales they are offering (like 30% off to those not using super cash). In the end it’s just like getting anything during a normal sale. I wish it was like Kohls! When you get Kohls cash it can be used without an extra purchase-the best!

My cousin and I shopped at Old Navy this past weekend. She bought $75 worth of stuff. When she was rang up she got all the sale prices and used a $15 off $75 coupon. That brought her total down to around $50 and she got the old navy cash too. I don’t shop there that often to know if the cashier messed up or maybe they changed their policy?
I think she means that you used to be able to use the old navy cash with a promo code on the same order. If you use a promo code you on your original order you will get the old navy cash but you can’t combine a coupon code with your old navy cash when you redeem it. You also can’t use the old navy cash on any of the everyday steals if your shopping online which is a pain because they seem to make everything that is a good deal as an everyday steal so you can’t redeem it on those items. I’m hoping it might be a little different in stores which I’m going to try to use it in store this time because I’ve always been very satisfied with old navy clothes. They do run a bit small so I always order up if need be. My 2 kids wear mostly old navy now after buying other brands for several years and having those clothes fall apart after being washed. Also my oldest which is almost 4 adores wearing old navy dresses! She loves the comfort of them and she always says she looks beautiful in them
I had a very different experience with the last super cash. They were running 50% off of all clearance prices, and I used my super cash and the rewards from my Old Navy credit card. I had some awesome deals and was very happy with the super cash promotion.
Wow, that worked out well for you. I have a credit card too, but the super cash says you cannot use it with any other promotion, including credit card rewards.
Kohls is the only place I know of that doesn’t have a min purchase for their kohls cash. Everyone gets all hyped up over gymbucks, in order to receive it I bought 4 jeans and 4 shirts for about $54. Now when redeeming it I have 4 items total in my cart for $59.
Oooh. I love the stuff in the baby dept for my toddler daughter and the prices are great! Bought a bunch in store last week, but they were out of 5T in a lot of the cute stuff. Now I can plump up her fall wardrobe even more.
I checked in my local ON and the promo is ONLY online.
This isn’t working today 🙁 spent all that time shopping and then it didn’t work. Not cool.
