I would love to know how easy it is to cancel the subscription. We use honest but I am disappointed in them so I want to try something different.

Hi Nicole! As I mentioned above, I ordered these bundles for my sister and was easily able to call and cancel my subscription within a matter of minutes

It says you can cancel your membership by email. Does anyone know how effective this is? I didn’t get the honest samples just because I hate having to call in person lol

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I opted to call and cancel and it literally took about 2 minutes.

I attempted to sample products from this company and I was charged several times for products I never received. Customer Service was not professional or helpful, their was an issue with tracking the items that were “supposedly shipped.” Canceling membership required lots of follow up.

Wow! We clearly had completely different experiences. I am so sorry that you had so many issues and I appreciate you sharing your experience.

I had a very similar issue with Fab Kids. I had an insanely difficult time canceling my subscription. A year later, it’s finally over, I’ve been refunded a year’s worth of charges, and they can’t do it to me again because I blocked them on my credit card 🙂 I was really reluctant to try them in the first place because I was leery of the subscription but there were so many posts and so many people had good things to say about them, I did it. No freebie is worth the hassle in my opinion, so if I have no intention of keeping the subscription, I don’t sign up for the freebie. I’m sure that makes the company happier (and more solvent) and hopefully that reflects in its business practices and interactions with their “real” clients. Thanks for offering another perspective. Hopefully you saved others a hassle!

Yes- i have had MEGA customer service issues with Fab Kids too. Their customer service DOES not understand me when i call, they say goodbye and hang up before i get my issue straightened out, several times my discount code was not honored, and it has been impossible to cancel. I have been stuck with them for months until i can keep contacting them and hope someone cancels it properly for me. They don’t respond to their emails either, and i have been stuck on “Live Chat” on hold for over 20 minutes before. Beware of Fab Kids!
I’m sorry this was off topic from the diaper company, i don’t know anything about their service 😉

No where does it say that they will charge u $130.00 if u don’t cancel! Seriously? I can easily send everything back!

I purchased a trial order which now listen to this if you dont cancel you’re order within5 days they charge your account $121 plus if you want to return it you have to pay the shipping and a restocking fee of $20 so in the end you end up paying over $80 to return a very cheap product. Don’t do it, no trials no nothing its a scam to get you’re credit card info.
