Is it $ 1.99 like the on the bottom of the post or $ 1.99 like the price at the top of this post. I’m confused like always! LOL!!

    • Ben

      I meant $ 0.99 or $ 1.99
See I told you I am confused.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Whoops! So sorry for the confusion Ben – the final cost will actually be $1.99!

  2. Marcy

    Thanks! Love these!

  3. bali

Yay, these are great, thanks! I make a soup out of them with lots of thinly sliced veggies like cabbage, zucchini, carrots…

  4. bea

These are thicker than most so if you want the thin texture that tastes more homemade these are not it. However, if it doesn’t matter to you than these are a really inexpensive and easy to make option.

Are these in the frozen food?

    • mel

      yep.

YOu can get a very large bag at Costco and there is a coupon in their monthly flyer

    • Sandy

Thanks for posting this! We buy the big bags at Costco, but I missed the coupon. Thanks for the heads-up!

  7. DebM

We LOVE these, but, sadly, our shoprite stopped carrying them. It was such an easy dinner to make!

I am confused about the coupon stating “Limit 1 per customer per purchase.” As I read it, it later states in all bold “LIMIT ONE COUPON PER ITEM PURCHASED.” May someone please clarify?

    • Johnny

I wanted to get 2 bags and did not want anything to beep.

      • avilove

It wont beep n if it did, theyll still put it thru cos target takes 4 coupons of same kind per transactions. So if u get 2 itll be ok no matter if it says limit1pertrans or customer. At least dats how my target is lol

    • Kevin

Hi Johnny, Per purchase is simply another way of saying per item. The only time where you can’t use 2 coupons is when it says per transaction. So in this case, since it says per purchase, you can use 2 coupons.

      • Johnny

The “per customer” part threw me off. Thank you all for the feedback! Much appreciated.

        • Kevin

hi Johnny, im sorry but i did not read your post carefully. I simply saw the part that was all capitalized and i did not see the initial quote of limit 1 per customer per purchase”. Based on what i’ve seen on this fantastic website and my experience, if it says per customer, it is per customer so you should only use 1 coupon. When i come across coupons like this, I would just do 2 separate transaction which is not too big of a hassel in my opinion. If your going to shop with someone else, then it becomes even easier because you can do one transaction and the other person with you can do another transaction. Again, im so sorry for not reading your post carefully but i hope this helps.

I disagree. I think the reason that the “per customer” verbiage is so confusing is that it doesn’t change the practical interpretation at all (and is therefore entirely unnecessary).

“Per customer per purchase” is the same as saying “for each customer, for each purchase.” I interpret this to mean that for every item purchased, every customer involved in the purchase can use one coupon. For example, if I have four items I can apply one coupon to each of these items, for a total of four coupons. The addition of the “per customer” phrase suggests that every customer involved in the purchase of a particular item can use one coupon. Consider a family of four purchasing an item–can you imagine each of the family members using a coupon on that same item at the same time? Technically, that’s what the fine print on this coupon means, but obviously that wasn’t the intent of the writer of the coupon-ese. In practice, there can only be one customer for a purchase, so the “per customer” language just seems to be a weird distraction.

(On the other hand, if it said “per customer OR per purchase” I would agree with you, Kevin. But that, too, would be a weird use of language, because you couldn’t separate the customer from the purchase and therefore the “or” would be unnecessary…)

Sigh–gotta love the fine print coupon language. If only every manufacturer, manager, cashier, and customer could get on the same page about it in order to avoid the kind of challenge at the register that Johnny is trying to avoid! 🙂

Johnny, the short version of my response to your question is that I believe you can use two coupons if you have two appropriate items.
