Just curious, does anyone else has any problems with their Snap account such as receipts haven’t been reviewed or added the incorrect amount to your account? I emailed them several times since last month and still haven’t received any replied. I called them multiple times and was on hold for 15-35 minutes each time but no one answers the phone. Any other recommendations?

Funny thing is my produce receipts clear within 24 hrs. As soon as I get that, I am cashing out and deleting the app. I don’t like how offers just go “all gone” from the time I walk in the store, buy the item/s and get to my car to upload the receipt. It’s like the app has some kind of evil eye watching me!!
Agreed, it seems to be having trouble processing all my huggies stuff and try emailed saying I just have to wait. Think I will cash out and delete once I get my money too. Too bad since its a decent app otherwise.
it took of my receipts a full 30 days to go through. Then I called and they say they can do nothing to push it through but that I have to wait. I was also told that the new receipts are processing in 24-48 hours. Hmmm…doesn’t make much sense to me that you make people wait for 2-4 weeks then process new ones quicker. Go figure. I’ll probably be deleting it too after I cash out
I emailed them too about the huggies diaper offer and they told me to wait. I had $18 pending since I submitted the receipt on Oct. 5. It finally got approved today. I cashed out immediately.

I have done the Amazon deal for Lysol and received nothing. I sent it 3 times and sent 2 emails to customer service.
Haven’t hear a word from them.
I’m disappointed because I love Groupon and have never had a problem with them.
I did the finish powerball tabs offer from amazon. After a few weeks, I emailed customer service, and they responded by saying they are extremely back logged and I would eventually get my rebate as long as I had sent it to the correct address. That was over two weeks ago though… I keep checking ever so often just in case. Hth
My Huggies receipts are still pending. I emailed them twice already and still nothing. Once I get $20 on my balance which i know for sure will take forever again, im cashing out and deleting the app.
After over a month, they finally processed my first receipt. ??? It appears they work backwards as the most recent receipts processed faster. On the Huggies deal, I purchased 2, but was only credited for 1. I emailed and no response. When I hit $20, I am cashing out and deleting the app. I heard it takes a long time for the check to come too. It’s really too bad, because I really liked Groupon, and my experience with Snap makes me lose trust in them for sure.
I feel the same way. I felt like I “trusted” the Snap app because I love Groupon so much. I will be keeping track of anything I submit to them from this point forward. I had $19 pending and I got an email that all of my offers were accepted and $11 would be credited to my account. But when you added up all of the items on the email, it was $19. I emailed them and the money was credited was eventually corrected, but it took nearly a month for it to all go through. I requested my check the day it all cleared and still have nothing.
