Has anyone had any luck redeeming this coupon? I added items (all sold and shipped by Amazon) to my cart (total was $32.94) and when I got to checkout, the coupon wasn’t applied. Tried checking out via the app also and coupon wasn’t applied then either…

Both my husband and I got it, but when either of us click on our banners it gives an error code and says they’re working on fixing it. It’s been saying that since the other day tho 🙁

Mine are all saying shipped at the same time – did you enter a code? I’m not sure how to get this to work?
On the last screen during check out their is a box that you have to check. Make sure everything will be shipped out on the same day. I had to work items around v to make it work.

There was a box to check at the very end of check out. Everything must have the same day of shipment. I ordered 2 innotab games and a book and it took $5 off!
Thank you Katie! I can’t get it to work with a movie or with food…but when I add Innotab games it works! I don’t have a box to check, but it says Verizon promo and takes off the $5. Must be only certain products or product categories…wish I knew which ones! 🙂
I am having the same problem. Got the banner; was told that the coupon would apply automatically at checkout, but no discount given. Frustrating!

The first time I placed my order, the discount didn’t come off so I cancelled the order. Placed another order after clicking on the red banner and it all worked. HTH

So frustrating got the banner placed an order never took the $5 off it took a 20 minute call to god knows where to get a 5.00 refund ughhhh
for me i had to go into my “payment options” instead of just using my default payment choice and it had a check box for the $5 off…hope that helps 🙂
Still have the banner…..still unable to use it successfully. I’ve tried adding a number of different items in different combinations……all sold by Amazon, still with no success. And I posted a question onto Verizon’s page on FB asking if there was a code or some way to get it to work……only to have my post immediately deleted. Guess Verizon won’t be any help.
The promo isn’t being applied to my order. 🙁 I’ve triple checked everything to make sure it qualifies. Order amount is over $25, everything being shipped to one address, everything is being sold and shipped by Amazon, still nothing worked. I even waited a while for their system to update, and still nada. I did not get the option to select apply promo to my order before entering payment info.
I ended up calling Amazon to see if they can find the promo in my account, but they told me it wasn’t there. The rep was kind enough to honor the promo and did a price adjustment for me. FYI the promo expires 11/23/2014.
Everything that everyone else has gone through and tried with this promo, I have too! I reset the app, restarted the phone, tried logging into it from google, using the app, nothing works!!! Now I want the damn discount of all of 5 bucks out of principal. love it when things work like they should.
I did the same thing too. Restarted phone, logged in and logged out of App, restarted computer, tried placing order through app, did everything. When I click on the button that says to apply the promo to my account, it gives me a confirmation page saying that it’s been applied but nothing I do gets the promo applied to my order. In the end, I called Amazon to ask about it and they told me the promo isn’t on my account, but was willing to honor it and did a price adjustment to my order. I hope they’re kind enough to do the same for others as well. Good luck, and hurry. The promo ends tonight.
