Can you use two coupons on a BOGO free at rite aid?
No, you’re not supposed to. Their coupon policy does not allow for it.
Can you use a Manu coupon with a Rite Aid coupon?
I saw a $1 off 2 Pot of Gold Coupon on a tear pad at Kmart.
Per RA’s coupon policy, you’re not supposed to use a coupon on a free item, so you’d have to buy 4 to use that $1/2 coupon you’re referring to. 🙂

Last week, the spinbrush toothbrushes were on sale BOGO, I was able to use the $2 off 1 for each toothbrush at Rite Aid! I thought they were gonna say something, but it went smoothly…
The same thing happened to me. I bought the Spinbrushes that were under the $5.99 get $3 +Up and they rang up $9.99 for 1 and $0.00 for the second (BOGO). I had used 2 $2 coupons not realizing how they rang up. I hadn’t even thought about how I had been able to use two coupons on BOGO until you mentioned it. I wonder if it was a fluke with that item as the tag had indicated a different sale than BOGO. Interesting…
there was a $1.00 off one box in the paper last Sunday, I’m going to use 2 of those on top of the 3/2 Rite-Aid coupon

No. The coupons are limited to one per person/email address.
