I haven’t done their rebate program before. Do you buy all four packages of paper together and submit together? Is what you receive something you use in the store, or is it cash back to use anywhere? Thanks.
I have a similar question about the paper. The rebate is good for four, but is the coupon good for four or only one? I couldn’t find a limit. Also, can you still use rewards and get the full rebate back or will they change the value of the rebate like if you use coupons?
Staples coupons used do not affect the rebate amount.

Amber and Rhonda – My staples always has let me use the coupons 4 times if I have four teams. The cashiers usually just tell me to repeat the code 4 times off the coupons off my phone. You can try buying 4 and tell the cashier to use the code 4 times – if they don’t then you can always have them ring it up

Coupon says one per customer, so sounds like you can only get one ream for the penny, the rest you just get the rebate.

Use of more than one coupon for additional items is YMMV depending on the cashier/store inspite of the limit 1 per customer.
Rhoda, you may submit the form online or by post. I’ve done the online submission in the past. You may buy all four in one transaction or do different transactions for a limit of 4 purchases. You input the transaction/order numbers separately. You can track your rebates online. You will receive a rebate check by mail in 6 to 8 weeks.
Out of pocket cost will be $4.80 plus tax and the rebate check will be $4.79 per ream.

It disappoints me their paper deals are always in-store only. Not worth it to me to drive 40 miles to the store.
I just got back from Staples. I haven’t shipped in a physical store in years, and I may not again soon. After the cashier got a manager, she made me wait while she walked away for 5 minutes, just to tell me that I couldn’t use a manufacturer Kleenex coupon with the Staples coupon. I just bought my paper and got out of there.
My last ream of (almost) free paper. Our only Staples store is closing the end of this month!
