What a crapy coupon as they put down 16 ounce on the coupon and also 33.9 oz I tried to use it on the smaler 16.9 ounce The problem is that walgreens do not sell that size nor does it come in this size. One Walgreens said that it was a misprint, another told me that that the coupon is only for 16 ounce. So I went online and found that they do not carry the 16 oz. Finally I did get one walgreens to honor the 16.9 ounce but I was supposed to buy 3 total and they would not let me do 3 in one transaction because the coupon said limit 3 which drove up the price. I am returning the big bottles for a refund because they did not ring up at that price above. What a hassle!
Pricing for the 33.9 oz is regional. Its $6.79 at mine!! Came to $2.69 after coupons then used $2 in BR to bring the total to .69. My store had a sign today that the coupon was a misprint and its only valid on the 33.9 oz.
Limit 3 means you can buy up to 2 not that you don’t have to buy 3 unless it states “must buy 3”
Price varies on location – by me the stores are $6.49 for the 33.8 oz size. Corporate sent out an email Sunday evening addressing the in-ad coupon wording “mistake” and advised the stores that only the 33.8 oz sizes (which it scans for) can be used with the $3 coupon. would have been very sweet (read free!) with the 16.9 oz size…
I guess I was lucky. I arrived at Walgreens early on Sunday to use the store coupon. I did not realize they were on sale for 3/$9 until I got to the register. Once I presented my store coupon, the cashier had to call the manager to get clarity on the wording of the coupon. She agreed that corporate must have made a mistake. I ended up paying 1 penny for each because the manager said they had to charge something. I didn’t complain and gladly accepted the deal.
6.79 at my Walgreens
Walgreens is a pain in the butt when it comes to coupons
Limit 3 means you can buy up to 3 no more then 3.
If it states “must by 3” then you have to buy 3.
